"The hotel is very nice. The size of the room is suitable for a family of three. You can cook and eat by yourself. There is a supermarket next to you to buy food. It is also convenient to eat. The breakfast is simple and can be ignored. Parking is free, and the parking lot is very large and convenient! 10 minutes drive from Amherst College"

"#Praise# Satisfied with nearby activities, safety, lighting in the room, nearby shops, hotel smell, toiletries; the environment is very good, the surrounding vegetation is covered, the air is fresh, and the road is no noise. The room is spacious and clean, for four people. The swimming pool and gym are slightly smaller."

"We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings.
Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. So I agreed to trip coins. A sour note to an otherwise great family visit.
