Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is very spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near HICO which is really convenient to get to the convention center.

Location a little off. Buses take ages to come, so we travel around by Uber Taxi. Hotel room was clean but a little dated, guess ok to stay just for a night.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Near food and the main shopping street. Enjoyable stay!

Overall, the hotel looked somewhat old, yet the room was clean and well-maintained.

It's very disappointing and an old hotel. It's a hotel that didn't meet the quality for the cost spent.

We went with 4 people and the beds were separate so it was definitely comfortable. I think they give you one bottle of water per person per day. There were a lot of rooms and it was definitely a traditional accommodation so it was luxurious and nice.

It was good. The bedding was clean. Please note that the soundproofing is not very good. The sauna was cheap and convenient to use since 50% of guests were staying there.

I was worried because it was old, but it was okay to stay for one night. They upgraded my room, so I was able to rest well in a large space. My mom liked it because I traveled with her. Breakfast was okay. There is a bit of a wait before 8:30 for breakfast, so it would be better to go before or after that time. It is near the lake, so it is good to have breakfast and take a walk. It would be really nice if you come when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.

I stayed one night to go to the pool, but there were a lot of complaints about the cleaning, so I was quite worried, but it was okay. You just have to be a little bit drowsy. The pool was really crowded and it was like a market, but surprisingly, the staff were so kind and took care of me that there were no inconveniences like chairs or shade! However, the bathroom, changing room, and shower room had inevitable limitations in the facilities, and it didn't seem to be cleaned well. Other than that, the location and parking were okay. I want to go every summer ~

It was a sudden vacation. My son really enjoyed it. It was clean and the pool was clean. I will visit again next time. Thank you.

This is my second visit following last year. It was a cost-effective trip. It's the last room, so you can see Lotte World close by.

There are restaurants and parks within walking distance, so the infrastructure is good and I had a great time with the kids. The hotel has an old-fashioned feel throughout, making it comfortable.
