This hotel was great, the cleanliness and service were excellent. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is near the Chaoshan train station, although going there on foot with baggage might be a challenge, but both ways we booked a free shuttle, so no problem. The Staff are very nice and helpful, although the communication with foreigners could be improved, e.g. it was not communicated where exactly the shuttle is waiting at the station, there was a pointless call in Chinese to the room 15 min before the shuttle back to the station, etc. Simple messaging via WeChat would solve this, and they did have my contact details. Also, there was some construction ongoing both days we stayed, so lots and lots of noise between 07.30 AM and 18.00 in the evening. But overall a good hotel.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was healthy and substantial. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering complimentary breakfast for our children. The restaurant staff was also excellent, allowing us to bring our meals back to the room. Overall, it was great value for money, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money, with a fantastic location just 2 minutes from Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station. The shuttle service to/from the station and airport is a standout feature, and the business car with massage seats was incredibly comfortable. There's a delicious Haiji Beef Hotpot restaurant nearby. The hotel lobby also thoughtfully provides helpful tips and guides for local dining and attractions.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. Most importantly, they offer an airport pickup service, which was incredibly convenient given my late-night arrival at the airport. The pickup driver was incredibly friendly and even recommended a sightseeing itinerary for Chaozhou, complete with tips on how to explore efficiently and avoid unnecessary detours. Luggage storage was available, and when we came back for our bags, they proactively offered to drive us to the high-speed rail station. Overall, my stay here was exceptionally comfortable and convenient! Oh, and the hotel breakfast was also excellent!

The complimentary private car pick-up service was excellent; someone was there to meet us right upon arrival for each room. The location is fantastic and easy to find, with a lively snack street nearby and a delicious hotpot restaurant conveniently located downstairs. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom featured thoughtful wet-dry separation. Plus, the shower even played music automatically, which was a fun touch! The front desk generously offered a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast.

Private Transfer Service: The driver drove very smoothly, and the comfortable Mercedes-Benz 6-seater business van offered ample space. Facilities: All amenities were provided, and the TV was particularly good. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Wonderful. Service: Outstanding! The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful, and the wake-up call service was perfectly on time.

To avoid an early morning train when visiting Chaozhou, I opted for a hotel near Chaoshan Station. The service was excellent. The complimentary shuttle driver was punctual for both pickup and drop-off, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was also very generous. I had a very pleasant two-day stay.

Due to a typhoon causing high-speed train cancellations, I had to extend my stay. The lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful, assisting me with an extra night. The room was spotless, and they even have robots delivering food right to your door! The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, promptly providing anything I needed. This level of hotel service is truly exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again. Plus, you can even pre-book a station transfer service, which is just fantastic!

Given I had an early flight the following day, I opted for this hotel, which is widely considered one of the top choices near the airport. As it's a relatively new property, the rooms and facilities feel fresh and modern, with a very pleasant and comfortable color scheme. The service was also excellent, particularly the airport shuttle service. The driver was perfectly on time, getting me to the airport punctually, and the timing was impeccably arranged. This is a genuinely useful and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Received a complimentary room upgrade, which was excellent! The room's cleanliness was also very well-maintained, a definite plus. On the downside, the breakfast area was too crowded; I'd suggest opening more sections or expanding the dining space. The complimentary shuttle service from the high-speed rail station was initially a positive. However, the driver subtly yet persistently asked me to add him on WeChat to solicit a good review as soon as I got in the car. This was a definite drawback! Overall, despite these issues, I'm still giving a five-star rating for this stay. However, if the driver explicitly asks for a review in person again during my next visit, I will certainly deduct points.

Our stay at Lavande Hotel (Chaozhou-Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport Branch) with our child was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spotless and fresh-smelling rooms. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the facilities were new. They even have EV charging stations, which is incredibly convenient for electric vehicle owners. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and efficient. Check-in was quick, and they responded instantly to all our needs. This is definitely the perfect choice when traveling with kids, and we'll certainly be back!

Since I'm taking the high-speed rail back tomorrow, I opted for a hotel conveniently located near the station this time. The complimentary shuttle service to/from the high-speed rail station was a thoughtful touch. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service; we even received a complimentary breakfast upgrade, and the Kway Teow was absolutely delicious! My only suggestion would be to provide two room key cards, as that would make things a bit more convenient for us.

On a spontaneous trip, my last-minute booked flight arrived late at night and was delayed. Luckily, the hotel offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, and the next day, a free drop-off at the high-speed rail station. The driver and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the room's decor – it was spotless, hygienic, and very thoughtfully appointed.
