Good hotel facilities and the breakfast and dinner offering is the best.

Check-in was so lacking in this hotel. The Receptionist was a bit lazy to do his job. He asked me the reservation, told me to settle a bill before he gave me the cardkey but he never explained us anything about the hotel facilities and how the hotel works, just go take the lift and leave him alone. Room is tiny and cheap from the floor to the ceiling. I requested a doble bed and was confirmed by the agency and the receptionist but again they gave us 2 single beds joined together. The bed is like a cardboard including pillows. It’s like sleeping on the concrete floor. Bathroom is nice but no exhaust no ventilation. The cleaning lady forgot to replace the towels the next day, i had to call reception a couple of times. Restaurant is the worst part. We stayed for dinner during our first night and regretted doing it. Service is so faulty, we always have to call a staff for orders but they are very attentive and quick to bring the bill. The buffet is properly decorated but the taste of the food is grouse. Food was dry and cold, a Chinese buffet in Palma is much better in quality. Breakfast is the same as dinner, food is cold but none of the staff, not even the Restaurant Manager, even cared about it. Overall???? Experience was too baD. This hotel that does not even meet a basic standards on Hospitality. Staff is LAZY, food taste like leftovers and hard mattress.

The Hotel is just amazing! It offers every service you will need . Near the seaside the location is very well. The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them. Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea. Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices. The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones. But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful. It’s really worth it to stay here.

Hotel was in a decent location, easy to get to from the airport, for anyone enquiring I'd suggest getting the bus (taxi was excessively expensive), the reason I'd say the service was average was due to them making me go up to my room twice seeing as the card key wasn't working, in the end they called their technician who changed the the battery on the door lock.. For me at that point being tired and grouchy I didn't think the service was great. But overall can't complain, room was decent, all very clean etc. Would like to revisit on another occasion for a longer stay:)

I booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing. Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop at the door, and there are also buses to the airport. However, it is not recommended to carry large luggage on the bus and there are many people. It is faster to book a taxi. The size of the room is suitable, the door faces the sea view, there is no water boiler, everything is on your own. The weather in November is that the hotel has turned off the air-conditioning system, and the air-conditioning system is always warm when it is turned on. It was very hot and toasty on the first day. At night, I turned off the air-conditioning system and opened the window to sleep, but there were many mosquitoes. They kept killing mosquitoes all night. There was a mosquito screen, but as soon as the door was opened, Mosquitoes can also get in, so you can't use the terrace and you can't see the sea view. The sign is cleaned every day but there should be no vacuuming. I couldn't help but sweep a bunch of paper towels on the ground. . . There are many kinds of food for breakfast. The same ones every day are frozen ham, sausages and bread. There are omelettes, but they have to be queued for a long time, so there is no need to queue for scrambled eggs. There will be white wine the next day, which is great👍🏻 My daughter doesn’t like ham and bread, so every day There was nothing to eat at breakfast. I went for dinner one day and saw a variety of seafood, so I asked the staff if it was also available every night, and they said yes. Unfortunately, I had to pay extra to eat it the second night. Only one person was responsible for the grilled squid, and the wait took a long time. I was a bit disappointed. The price was a flat €20, which was not good. There’s nothing in the way of coffee or tea, it’s just like Ming wants you to order a drink! The indoor swimming pool is super thin. If I want to go there late at night, there are 7-8 people there and no more people can go in the water. . . But the overall hotel is good, and the waiters are also very nice. We have to exchange tickets with them on the bus almost every day, and they are all very friendly👍🏻👍🏻

The facilities were very clean, the buffet food was delicious, my room had a beautiful location and terrace, I was only there for two days but I really liked it.
