Best Gumi-si Hotels

"There seems to be no business hotel in Gumi. It is a place I chose to book a Ramada hotel because it is a stay for adults and children. In the morning, there is a family unit with a child, but .... The location is ... where the motels are gathered (Ramada Hotel is also next door. The location of the motels is personally not very ...). Feeling concerned with cleanliness, no hair, etc. The facilities seem to be as caring as a motel, service is as caring as a hotel. But eventually I can't erase the feeling of a decent motel (personally hate motels) Breakfast is soup, fruit, salad, boiled eggs, toast bread jam butter ham cheese, flakes, milk, juice, cup noodles, but if you go late, there is no food. If you have to eat breakfast well, go early. I had free Wi-Fi so I tried to work with my laptop, but ... I was worried that it was not secure. A few days later, the message that there is an attempt to access overseas IP in the market is ... Coincidence ... Jjimjim ... The conclusion is that if the price is important for men, it is recommended. If you don't like motels, it's shining if you have to have a good breakfast. If you are an adult woman and a child, I would recommend it to another area, not a Ramada Hotel."

Я путешествую на велосипеде, поэтому транспортом не пользуюсь. За свою цену номер хороший. Есть фен и утюжок для волос. Средства для душа и после душа."

"호텔의 위치, 청결도, 시설 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 객실 컨디션과 전반적인 환경은 기대 이상이었습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점은 추가로 구매한 조식권이 있었는데, 다음 날 컨디션이 좋지 않아 조식을 이용하지 못했습니다. 결과적으로 조식권 2장이 낭비되었고, 체크아웃 전 프런트에 다음 방문 시 사용할 수 있는지 여쭤보았습니다. 하지만 그에 대한 답변은 단호하게 “불가하다”는 통보뿐이었습니다. 비성수기였고, 조식도 뷔페식으로 운영되는 상황이었기에, 일정 부분 상황에 따라 조율이 가능하지 않을까 하는 기대가 있었습니다. 물론, 인원수를 기준으로 준비하는 조식 시스템이라는 점은 이해합니다. 하지만 서비스라는 것은 결국, 고객의 작은 상황까지 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 ‘여지’에서 감동이 만들어지는 것이라 생각합니다. 예를 들어 다음 방문 시 조식권 일부라도 할인 혜택을 제공하겠다는 정도의 융통성만 있었더라도, 저는 기꺼이 다음 출장에서도 이 호텔을 다시 선택했을 것입니다. 지나치게 규칙에만 얽매이지 말고, 고객의 상황을 조금만 더 배려해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 그 작은 배려가 이 호텔에 대한 기억을 훨씬 더 따뜻하게 만들 수 있었을 것입니다."
