The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of ​​Surabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station. The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc. I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small. Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.

I stayed for one night at this hotel, and I found it really amazing hotel. Even it is not big fancy hotel, but it has gym, jacuzzy, swimming pool, and sauna facilities. Not big facilities, but it is marvelous for 3 stars hotel. At night, they served Keroncong live-performance. It was amazing to see and hear this rare traditional song from East Java. The room is good, clean, and tidy. The staffs are also very friendly. The location also very close with mall (Galaxy Mall). There are many food sell near the hotel. Very recommended hotel for family and vacation.

Overall, it was a good experience Pros: location, kids-friendly facilities, wifi connection, the room size is big and soundproof (thanks to the thick wall), various options on tv channels Cons: wear and tear on the rooms' wood floor make it look dirty, the temperature inside the fitness area was warmer than outside (not sure if it was supposed to be like that), some toys in the kids club were broken

This hotel has access to campus, such as Unair or ITS. We checked in at 1am, with a deposit of 150k for the 3 rooms we booked. The room we booked was a twin bed room. Accidentally, the rooms that we booked are on one floor, which is the 3rd floor, especially in rooms 309, 321, and 323. To get to the 3rd floor there is an elevator facility, so you don't have to be tired of getting up by using the stairs. There was a restaurant in front of the hotel, but since we booked exclude breakfast we couldn't taste the food that the hotel provided. If the hotel is crowded, it's a full amount of parking, fortunately, there's still a slot to park the car.

The lobby of the hotel has Indonesian local characteristics and elements, and the rooms are relatively clean. The overall price-performance ratio is very high. You can choose buffet or a la carte for lunch/dinner. Of course, there are quite a lot of restaurants around the outside.
