"It’s fine for a layover. Some parts of the room are clean but the sheets had stains and the top cover did not look clean. Friendly and attentive staff but only one person checking guests in, I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in. Shuttle to the airport was easy and straightforward. However, I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle from the airport."

"The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!"

"The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful."

"Facilities: This is a fairly new hotel, opened in 2014, but only 13 square meters. It's a very basic Ibis style room with just a bed and a desk. The hotel is quite clean. However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room. Rooms facing the road can be noisy."

"The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. "Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast."
