Guarulhos Hotels with Wifi

I cannot speak Portuguese and my flight arrive after check in time. I use the WhatsApp contact the hostel. They give me the response very quickly. Let me put my mind at rest. By the way, if you're lucky stay at Sunday and have free time, you can enjoy the farmer market around the corner.

The hotel staff Henry and Laura were super helpful, they helped my deaf brother by translating on google translate app and was helping him calling taxi and many thing! That was super great experience! So thank you all. We will stay again

Great location for an overnight before or after flights. Excellent breakfast and modern facilities. Pickup option from airport is there, but very little information exists on where to get the shuttle at the airport and how to contact them or arrange the pickup when you have just data available on your phone and can't make a phone call to the hotel. We spent nearly an hour trying to work out where to get the shuttle and gave up. Had to pay for an uber in the end, and there was a long wait for one. Room is much smaller than it looks like in the picture - which is fine for an overnight, but literally no room to open your luggage easily without doing it on the bed.

Para mim super funcionou,eu cheguei no aeroporto de uma longa viagem vindo de Macau e precisava de um lugar para passar a noite,descansar antes de seguir viagem pelas rodovias do Brasil. Quarto pequeno porém cômodo e reformado, o problema foram as janelas pequenas do banheiro e do quarto que eu me hospedei,mas de qualquer maneira foi uma boa experiência. Com um transfer muito bom e o café da manhã também. É um hotel ótimo para quem têm viagens do Aeroporto de Guarulhos.

The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted.

Had another layover, so I stayed at this hotel. It felt pretty average, especially considering how expensive it was. The facilities are a bit dated, but the breakfast was good – a large spread with lots of choices.

We picked the hostel because of its proximity to the airport. On that front it did not disappoint. But the area of the hostel is very far from any activities in Guarulhos let alone São Paulo. Although with uber that problem cube solved easily. But I would recommend the hostel rather for short layovers. The rooms were small (again better for layover than lengthy stay) but clean. At night the ACs can be quite loud (the one in front of our room was but the others not) but we addressed that so hopefully that is no issue for you. Somehow the Trip.com booking did not make its way to the hostel which I found out because I wanted to book an extra day. Trip.com coud not fix it but the communication with the hostel went really well and the organized it with me directly.

The room was nice, and the airport shuttle service was great. There's a pick-up every hour, and drop-off is pretty similar. You can contact the hotel beforehand to get the shuttle schedule. Pick-up is free, but drop-off has a charge.

Not bad, convenient transportation

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.
