"Can’t fault the room - spacious, plenty of tea/coffee and milk! Yay! Cold glasses in the fridge, welcome drink to the value of $10, 10% off food in the pub downstairs. Modern room with usb ports beside the bed, iron/ironing board in the room with hairdryer. Air conditioner worked very well. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Very strict on check-in/check-out times as a room card is required for outside door access outside of pub hours. The staff are very short with you if you need access without a key."

"The environmental facilities are very good, the service staff are very good and have Chinese service, the price is very high, it is hygienic, clean, natural and harmonious. The manager is also very nice. One day during my week-long stay, I couldn't book a room online. The manager arranged a room at a price that was not higher than online. "Nice stay except for the pool and spa - freezing cold pool despite it being indoors and the spa tub was not nearly hot enough. It was all too cold to be enjoyed and that was the primary reason we picked this hotel. Suggest management turn up the warmth."

"The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻"
