Mississippi River close by, as well as Hay Creek Recreational Area that has well groomed horse trails, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails. 15 minutes from Welch Village Ski Resort. We are also minutes from Cannon Valley Trail.The living areas in this home are very spacious. Kitchen, dining, living room all open floor plan with plenty of space for large families/groups to gather. Large shaded, well cared for yard with plenty of space for kids to play. We do allow pets for an extra fee, please contact us to see what we can accommodate. Small pasture can accommodate 2-4 horses for extra fee if you are planning to do some trail riding.Dog kennel available outside, as well as a dog run. Please let me know if any pets you will be bringing.Antiques inside and out are constantly changing.There are lots of places outside for great photos. An old 1950s blue truck, old farm equipment/tractor, farm buildings with old signs, etc.Walking around the farm to see the sights and animals is encouraged, but we ask you not enter the outbuildings as all are in use. If you would like a tour of the barn, ask! We would be happy to show it to you. There are also two very large raspberry patches that we never seem to stay ahead of.
