"I’ve stayed at several different hotels in the area and I like this one for the price, ease of checking in, and the laundry machine available for use (free and new). The gym was empty every time I used it and the machines looked new as well as the TV (and the tv in my room). The downside was I found hair in one of the beds and I had to ask twice for the sheets to be replaced, the first time I was told they were changed but the hair was still there. It was pretty dim inside my room and some lights were out and apparently couldn’t be replaced? The breakfast is meh, just a continental breakfast with instant powder I guess. The fruit was not replenished when I was there. I was happy overall with my stay. "

"Don't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff.They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe"

"Arrived about 15 minutes after 4 person at the desk said your room is not ready because we have special need said it will be 10 to 15 minutes wait I said fine 15 minutes went by nothing happened still waiting I walked up to the front desk I told the person look I have been driving for past 6 and a half hour I am very tired could you please check and see how much longer person behind the desk said it will 10 more minutes so finally after have the room which I might add very clean and beautiful.next morning went for breakfast even though I was wrong grabbing bagels with my hand instead of tonge this woman came behind me said use tonge not your Habsburg the way she spoke to me was very rude she should not work in that place with that kind of attitude,it just ruined my day "
