My husband and I were looking for a hotel outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago and happened to find this gem. Great location with a mall and stores nearby. We had a wonderful stay. The check in process was smooth and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious, quiet and exactly what we needed during our almost 2 week stay. We usually cook whenever we stay at a Residence Inn. There were limited pots and pans, but we made it work. Housekeeping refreshed our linens daily, and did a full clean after we stayed a week. There were numerous options for breakfast including cereals, breads, eggs, yogurt, fruit, tea/coffee, etc. The only drawback was there was only 1 new breakfast item every day. The other options were the same during our entire stay. We will definitely be back whenever we visit the Chicago area again!

Excellent staff, allowed extended checkout, nice breakfast. I felt compelled to write a review because the staff was exceptionally nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. We were visiting Northwestern

This hotel willingly allowed ICE to stay at their hotel. How disgusting. I will never stay here again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This Marriott is housing ICE so they can continue their illegal raids on Chicago and the Chicagoland area. DO NOT SUPPORT

Adequate. There were only two small pillows on a king size bed and the promised ones never came. No dishes etc in kitchen area. Staff was not helpful.

Being from a village of 200 people total we didn’t really know that we were booking such a fantastic place to stay last minute get away trip. The staff we encountered were all friendly and Steve gave excellent dining recommendations! Will definitely stay there again!!

My main complaint is re: availability ok food. There was a free breakfast buffet that was fine but no other food available the rest of the day or night. Limited beverage selection. We didn’t have a car so this was very inconvenient.
