"Really fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff available to give ”tourist” advice. The entrance is located inside a shopping center but the elevator to go up to the room floor only works with the room card key so as to prevent anyone from gaining access. Double key, super breakfast provided from sweet to savory, fruit, wide choice of drinks and some freshly cooked dishes on request. Everything related to the coffee shop is prepared expressly, there is no usual coffee machine. Availability to book in-room massages or individual or group yoga and pilates lessons. Very spacious and clean room with a small balcony. I loved that the bathroom had a bathrobe, slippers, heated towel rail, toiletries and even a mini sewing kit and a disposable wet wipe specifically for cleaning shoes. Well-stocked mini bar in the room and in the corridor there is a shoe polishing machine with the possibility of choosing the color between black, brown and grey. It was a fantastic experience, we felt pampered and spoiled, I would go back one hundred and ten percent!"
