"The check-in process was easy and convenient through a kiosk. After checking in, I received a text message and was told to reach out via text if I needed anything. However, I texted a couple of times about some broken items in the room, and no one responded. The breakfast was just okay, but the room and facilities were great. The location is excellent, and people through the screen is helpful."

"The staff here was the best thing this hotel has going for it. That is really the only positive thing I have to say about my stay there. The shuttle doesn’t start running until 10:30 am. When I arrived around 11, they didn’t have a room so I went to the pool to sit and wait. The pool area was fine, but the furniture is pretty beat up. I went back inside after a while and heard person after person checking out complaining about dirty rooms, smells, and loud noise at night. It became clear that this is not just an airport hotel, but also a low rent living situation for a few people. The front desk staff eventually got a room cleaned for me so I could check in early. My room was definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Paint was chipped, the shower was not clean and had mildew all around the seams. The room smelled musty. The pillows were the size of throw pillows you’d put on your sofa. Very bizarre. I realize that it’s cheap and it’s near the airport so one can’t expect a first-class experience and I don’t go into it with those expectations. However, I wouldn’t stay there again."
