Went to see a concert nearby. Booked for over 500 on the weekend, more than an hour away from downtown Tokyo by subway, in a remote place. Self-service check-in at 3:00, don't know why we have to wait until 4:00 to check in, everyone is sitting in the lobby waiting. Room 412 has windows facing the railway, good, a train passes by the window every 5 minutes, please don't book here if you don't sleep well. The hygiene is good, the room is new, there are free cosmetics in the lobby, DHC small bags, good. There are also free water and ice machines. The udon restaurant next to it is 3 minutes walk away and it's delicious. Breakfast ends at 9:00, I didn't eat it.

30 mins outside of Tokyo, same day booking I was given a room approximately 3 times the size of a standard Japanese accommodation room. Had an outdoor balcony that was twice or 3 times the size of a standard balcony. Upon checkout I could see that I was provided a larger than standard room. Bathroom was very spacious, the living area had an L shape couch! I would stay here again for the price, space and value.

The hotel is very close to the railway and there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Even if it rains, you can stay nearby for a full day.
The staff is friendly and will help you carry your luggage to your room if you arrive early.
And when you go up to the room, you will see handwritten notes and cute origami on the table, and there is also a rubber ducky in the bathroom. It makes you feel very comfortable when you are tired.
Even though the facilities are a bit old, the attitude and warmth of the staff make up for it. I love this hotel!

Complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service! The price is close to the people! It is very close to the subway station, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk there. There are also many shops nearby, so shopping and consumption are very convenient!

I used it as a business trip. There is not much cleanliness, but I think it is unavoidable to go by a man １ person based on the price.
Walk a little from the station and the location is a little difficult to understand.
In the future, it may be used if the price is cheap depending on the date.

I was prepared for the single room to be small, so I thought it was reasonable. The hot water from the taps was stable, and the fridge and freezer worked well. The lady at the front desk was also kind. The elevator always stops on the second floor where the front desk is.
If I had to say something, it would be that the bed was quite difficult for people with back pain. My back hurt so much that I woke up many times at night and couldn't sleep well. If that doesn't bother you, I think it's a reasonable hotel.

Location is less than 4 mins walk to the Fuchun train station. Room is clean though small. If only the receptionist could speak some english. A counter male staff could converse in better english and am surprised why he did not step up to help his colleagues. Well, I found out only the next day that the male receptionist and was rather disappointed.

Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors,etc,
G cabinets and chargers and spread themselves out and work there all day.

It's not new, but it was clean. The staff were nice and attentive. I think it was good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again.
There is a FamilyMart nearby. There are also privately run restaurants. Is the parking lot at the facility, which is rented out for 1,000 yen a day, expensive? It seemed a little far away (about a 3-minute walk), but considering the time it took to get in, it was cheaper than the other places, so I used it.

AAnonymous UserIt's a 10-minute walk from Feitiangui Station and is easy to find. Along the way, there are Lawson, Ernst & Young, and FamilyMart convenience stores. Eat his family, M also has a record.
The hotel check-in desk requires an elevator to go to the second floor. Foreign guests can apply by scanning their ID cards, which is convenient and fast.
The rooms have a sense of age, but have everything you need. Hygiene also meets Japanese standards. The unreasonable design is that there is no socket at the bedside and needs to be placed on the desk for charging.
The biggest problem is that the Fuzhong Vehicle Management Bureau said that it could be issued that day, but the hotel thought it would be reported in the news. Therefore, it is expressly refused to issue a certificate of occupancy! A total waste of 3,500 yen in taxi fare for a round trip. Please take care of yourself.
