The beds were pleasantly comfortable, even the added fold-out bed for our child. The rooms are small and nothing special but completely sufficient for one night. We found the room very quiet but would have preferred one with Air Conditioning. Ours was located in the sous-terrain and we could open the windows but there was a strong smell of smoke coming in from a nearby fireplace and we were only able to air it out by also opening the door to the hallway. Staff was very nice upon check in and check out. Overall a great value stay and we would consider it again when catching a morning flight out of MUC.

Room was good but facing street and rail line, noisy during sleep time, friendly staff, generous breakfast, restaurant in a separate building, quick Internet, no cleaning of room or bath during stay, entrance to shower booth for elegant people only, very friendly and efficient waiter Mr. Sadri Nuhiji in restaurant and breakfast room, nice and pleasant food with a large diversity, good coffee and a place to return next meeting.

Having a 14 hour layover in Munich, I came to this Marriott. Everything is very clean. Comfortable rooms. Service that you expect at a Marriott-excellent. I want to recognize Amy in the restaurant. Despite being quite busy, she was attentive and helpful. Loved the wienerschnitzel!!! If you have time, do walk around the little charming village of Freising. Many shops and places to eat. The only thing I didn't like was that they could not print my final bill for review, probably because I didn't actually stay overnight. It was emailed the next day and it was correct. While I was there many crew from Lufthansa were there. Always a good sign when flight crew stay at a hotel.

Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish ”sleeping factory” design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

The Hotel has great staff and fabulous location to the airport! The staff are without exception professional and friendly! Very impressed! The spa pool area with a bar and food service onsite is world class. In fact that facility is worth the visit and I certainly will be back! The restaurant also fabulous and a Michelins star restaurant is part of this great hotel! The one thing I do not understand, why not give one free bottle of water to the vary world traveller paying top dollars to stay. There is zero water unless you pay 6euro for a bottle! Dit is een prima Duitse Gasthof. De kamers zijn ruim, simpel, netjes en schoon. Het bed is prima. De WIFI is goed en het ontbijt in buffet vorm, maar als je een ei wil kun je dat bestellen en wordt het vers gemaakt. Er is ook een restaurant, maar wij ik heb er niet gegeten. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt 10min lopen van de universiteit, 15min van de Weihenstephan brouwerij, en 30min van het centrum/station. Voor de deur stopt de bus naar de universiteit, de stad en het station. Er is ook een parkeerplaats voor auto's achter het hotel en een biergarten (dicht gezien het weer)

In the morning, the plane was booked very late. It was very early to leave, the environment was ok, that is, the bus to the airport is not free for 10 euros.

Likes: Hotel was clean and quite (Good windows insulated the jet sounds quite well). Cool vibe in lobby and bar. Breakfast was good. Dislikes: 25 Euro for early check in - Why? Room was ready-to-go - High vacancy at this place... Profiteering I think. Advertised an airport shuttle online - Turns out it is only one way (hotel to airport) so add 25 Euro for taxi from MUC to hotel, plus 15 Euro to return to MUC via the shuttle - So 40 to 50 Euro extra for the Munich ”Airport Hotel” - Probably worth the few extra Euro to stay at the actual airport hotel on premise (The Hilton). Also - Hotel is sprawling, so consider this if you have any sort of mobility issue. I got little sympathy for my bad knee. It was explained that because there was a party with loud music until midnight, I had to decide between a slumber disturbed, or a hike from the lobby. May have been forgivable if they offered assistance to get to my room... Nope... In a business park with no sign outside (challenging for my cab driver to find) One darkening drape to narrow (by 30 cm) for window so a very bright morning.
