"There is a tram 75 to the Melbourne CBD near the hotel. The train station is far from the hotel and it takes 30 minutes to walk. There is a large supermarket near the hotel and shopping is very convenient. There is a parking lot. No breakfast, good health, very quiet, good service."

"I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side."

"Parking is convenient, and the space is large enough for families with two adults and three children. The grandma at the counter is so kind and enthusiastic about service. Because it was very cold when we arrived, we felt that the heating was not enough, so we asked for extra blankets. Grandma specially asked for them. He came to our room to help us adjust the electric blanket. He was very caring. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, which can satisfy Chinese stomachs. It is a quiet area in the middle of the noise. It is worth recommending."

"Service was exceptional - lady at reception was very accodating and friendly. Nice size apartments, seems recently renovated, clean, well facilitated and very comfortable.  Room had plenty of road noise (sirens, car, busses etc) but thats expected, but sitting on the terrace was kinda fun. Shrubs blocking the view of oncomming traffic when exiting garage needs attention, but am excellent stay overall. We will be back!"

"This was the best hotel I stayed at in Australia. There is a large park and many Chinese restaurants nearby. Korean restaurants are also easy to find. It was good to cook because there was a kitchen, various cooking utensils, spoons and forks, and a dishwasher. It was also good to have a balcony. Housekeeping was not provided during the 4 nights I stayed at the hotel, but I think the room was quite spacious for the price, which was a big plus. But why do you smoke in a hotel? I don't think it's a problem with the hotel itself, but there were often times when the hallway smelled quite strong. When I checked in at the hotel counter, they emphasized that it was no-smoking, but who on earth would smoke... Please don't smoke in a hotel. Oh, and I took a picture of the church nearby because it was pretty."

"Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide."
