Clean hotel, fast check-in, walkable to airport & has bus stop next to hotel. All great, with such comfortable room!

I like the Mercure brand very much. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very new. The bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is rich and pretty good. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

A very satisfactory hotel. The room is big enough. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. The toilet and the bathroom are separated, which is more convenient. There is a place to get drinking water on the floor. The trash cans in the room are classified.

The room is large, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the city center. You can visit all the attractions on foot. However, it is a bit roundabout to drive in, and it is difficult to walk up the stairs with your luggage.

Top Hotel, nice Design and set up. Location a bit out but easily accessible via the free public transports. Sadly we booked via Trip.com 2 rooms for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. Booking confirmed for us, but reception refused to allow us check in, since it was against their policy to allow 3 people in a double room. So we had to pay an additional fee for a larger room to get us checked in. The whole holiday excitement got lost over this event…

The hotel is well located for a flight. they do provide a transfer even if the aiport is just around the corner. The hotel, however, seems that the wall are made of paper. The AC did no work and the window does not open properly. Felt in a sauna
