"Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner."

"The hotel is located at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. However, if you're coming from Terminal 5, you cannot take the airport train directly to T4. You'll need to take the airport train (which is essentially the Elizabeth Line connecting to central London) from T5 to Terminal 2, and then transfer at T2 for a train to T4. This transfer is free, but you'll need to pick up a free ticket from a machine before you board to access the platform. On the London Underground, trains often go in different directions from the same platform, so make sure to check the train's direction before boarding. Once you arrive at T4, just follow the signs down a rather long corridor, and you'll reach the hotel. The hotel offers self-check-in at the front desk. There's a Costa next to the front desk, and also a restaurant. If you need to head to T5 from the hotel for an early flight (as the airport train doesn't start until 5:30 AM), you can take a bus instead. The bus stop is conveniently located next to the hotel's ground floor car park. See the bus timetable for details. You can just tap your credit card to pay for your fare when you board; I believe it's around £1.50. The hotel's double rooms also come with a sofa bed, which means it can comfortably accommodate three people."

"The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow. The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal. Great hotel"

"Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc. Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh. Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers)."

"Stayed here after arriving late from China. Perfect hotel! Very comfortable and clean bedroom, friendly staff, nice bar and dining area. It’s so quiet! Despite being so close to the airport runway you don’t hear a thing. The breakfast was great too. Will definitely come again when travelling through."

"This was my second stay here after two years. The room was reasonably clean, and the window offered an expansive airport view. On the first night, I saw China Southern planes, and the next day, it was mostly Qatar Airways aircraft parked there. However, rooms with a more open view require a long, winding walk from the elevator, whereas rooms closer to the elevator only offer an internal courtyard view. While the elevator requires a room card for access, on the night I checked in, a stranger knocked on my door, stated their name, and requested to enter. I'm not sure if they had the wrong room or some other reason, but as I didn't answer, they left after about two minutes. Breakfast wasn't particularly refined, but it was quite substantial, offering a good variety of fruits like bananas, apples, and oranges. However, when it came to vegetables, there were no leafy greens or salads, just fried tomatoes. The service staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all friendly, smiling, and polite in their interactions. The room lacked a refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, slippers, and a toothbrush. However, there's a small shop in the lobby where a small bottle of water costs £2. As a hotel for a one-night layover, it offers good value for the price."
