"The hotel is five minutes from the bus down and the central block. Because it is not the peak season, it is very quiet, the room is very clean and clean, and there is a balcony to sunbathe. "Wonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items.
The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec.
I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊"

"Riad left a very pleasant impression. Very successful location – near the parking, easy to find and all the necessary objects and sights were nearby. The decoration of the rooms is thoughtful and comfortable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Attention to the tiny things is noticeable in everything: from the tiny details of the interior to the care of the guests. "Мы в восторге от этого чудесного риада. Если вы хотите пожить в аутентичном месте, ощутить дух старины и получить эстетическое удовольствие, то вам сюда. Рялом много хороших кафе и ресторанов, магазинов, до крепости минут 10 пешком, до пляжа 15. У нас был трёхместный номер, единственный его минус - отсутствие окна на улицу, из-за этого там темно. Также необходимо знать, что в номере нет кондиционера, но он не нужен, в номере было прохладно в июле, мы спали под одеялами. Чайника, телевизора и холодильника также нет. Полное погружение в прошлое)) Однако для нас это также не было проблемой. Белье чистое, постель удобная, полотенца меняли каждый день, в ванной хорошие шампунь, гель для душа и лосьон для тела. Наверху чудесная терраса, где утром подают вкусный завтрак (яйца, выпечка, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, фрукты, йогурт, джемы, чай, кофе). Очень приятно завтракать на свежем воздухе под крики чаек. Также там можно провести время и вечером. К риаду нельзя подъехать на машине, но это не проблема. Паркуйтесь в порту, там есть грузчики с тележками, которые за небольшую плату довезут ваш багаж до риада и покажут дорогу. И отдельное спасибо хозяевам и сотрудникам, они очень приветливы и доброжелательны."

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old city, very close to the gate of the old city, just a few steps away.
The butler’s attitude was very nice, he prepared mint tea for us to welcome in, and at night he also introduced very affectionate restaurants that are mostly foreigners.
There is a beautiful courtyard and a restaurant, you can take nice photos, and you can overlook the city from the terrace.
The room is very clean and well-equipped. The most surprising thing is the bathroom, which can take very beautiful photos
A friend said that this is her favorite hotel so far.

AantoineLovely riad inside the Medina but also very close to the bus station. Decoration could be a bit updated but we definitely have the charm of a riad. I would have prefer to be able to go in and out without knocking at main the door entrance each team but I guess it’s for safety reasons. Breakfast is not crazy but not bad and in winter the turn on the fireplace wich make a very nice vibe.

MmoraleswI spent a couple of nights with my wife after doing a country tour. So, the trip was to relax. The place itself and owner were very polite, breakfast was great. But there is always a but. When I booked, the main thing was parking. The description showed parking and that is incorrect. You have to park outside the medina and pay for it (US$5-7/night), then you need to hire a cart person to take your luggage into the hotel (unless you don't kind carrying yourself) About US$2. Since the place was to sleep and relax for a couple night, unfortunately the open floor design spread any sound from the bottom floor to the entire bldg, so if someone wakes up at 6am, for sure you will wake up as well. The site shows handicap accessible. I am not sure if there are rooms on the bottom floor, but you need to climb stairs for the other rooms, no elevator, so, not sure about accessibility. So, again, great location, wife (decorator) loved the decoration, but in my case, I just wanted to sleep in and rests after 2 weeks driving and the noise in the AM unfortunately did not help much. It is a small place so, if you have a family gathering and can occupy the 7-8 rooms, you will love it.

LLaurie DaviesA hidden gem nestled in the heart of the old medina. The location is excellent with the main attractions only a small distance away, this hotel is perfectly situated for your trip. The staff were all lovely during my trip, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything with up to standard. The hotel was clean and well kept which was great, however the WiFI didn’t work very well in my room, cutting out regularly which was a little disappointing. All in all an excellent experience!

李李It’s okay soon, the hotel in Morocco is basically the same, and there is a small episode in the middle. We waited for the kung fu waiter in the downstairs to think that we checked out and left the things in the room, but it’s all right. Looking back, everything else is ok

HHUGO youtianxiaThe hygiene of the room was good, but we booked a room with two beds. The distance between the two beds is so small that they feel like they are connected together. And because it is a resort hotel, there is no place to put the computer in the room, and there is no decent table. It seems like people over there don't use computers at all when they're on vacation. In addition, it took me a long time to find the charging socket. It was on the side. A small socket on the side of a tree-stump chair. The panel of the socket falls off as soon as it is plugged in. The shower room has no curtain or door.

Por mucho que le enseñe la reserva ellos decían que no(… era más de 18 Dírham a favor del hotel como n respecto al cambio en las casas de cambio locales )es una cuestión que TRIP.com debe aclarar con el establecimiento, por lo demás todo bien.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel from the outside looks good the service was amazing especially all the staff behind the counter very helpful and very kind. The swimming pool was nice but the shower facilities near the swimming pool smelled horrible. The room I stayed in was decent with working TV and WiFi. If I need a towel refill and room service I requested it at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with a range of foods to pick from and a selection of drinks but no water, if you need water in your room you'd have to pay 20 dirhams for a 1.5L bottle (you can purchase 5l for 12 dirhams outside).
Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities but the customer service from the staff made up for everything else.
