"The hotel is a villa with an old money style. The staff is warm and polite, highly professional, the facilities are very new, and the toiletries are diptyque. There is a bathtub and a shower room. Most importantly, there is your own parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the third beach. In short, everything is perfect except that it is a little expensive."

"I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!"

"I booked this hotel because it was in a quiet location , the room had double glazed windows that allowed me to sleep soundly for more than 8 hours each night and I could reach the city easily by taking the bus. FYI the taxi fares from and to the San Sebastian airport was 90€ in total, which the hotel has no say on or any other hotels for that matter."

"The bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away. There is a street restaurant downstairs and the famous Basque cake is nearby. Free bottled water is provided, the hair dryer is powerful, and the bedding and towels are soft and comfortable."
