"excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near."

"This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day ."

"Hotel yang oke, baik dari lokasi, pelayanan,dll. Variasi sarapan banyak, cuma rasanya harus ditingkatkan. Untuk kamar, kurang kedap di pintu masuk dan aliran air terdengar jelas.."

"Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang 😅 bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya🥰"

"Strategic location on Jln Gejayan, close to the bromo gudeg culinary spot. Unfortunately parking is limited and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. But the officers swiftly finished. Regarding the room, there was a debate on the grounds that the room was fully checked in. Even though there are friends of ours who haven't checked in yet. Please improve the service in the front office."

"Gedung baru, dibangun est 2020 design kamar, interior kamar, lobby & resto modern dan unik minus di slot parkir (kalau full harus valley) dan resto breakfast (waiting list saat kemarin high season) makanan bfast overall ok, cukup lengkap swimming pool di lt.11 ada sauna juga dan lokasi sebelahan dengan bar ada barang kami ketinggalan dan staff hotel bantu kirim kerumah melaui jne dengan sistem COD👍 thank u PORTA"

"Even though it was crowded when I checked in, there was only one front desk staff member, so I had to wait. It seems that they often use the hotel as a group, so depending on the timing, there may be a wait time or no seats available at the breakfast venue. The food was normal and totally fine."

"Over the course of 2 day stay, we had to switch room 3 times before getting a proper room (the 4th room) without any issues. The issues were ranging from broken toilet flush, strong humid/musty strong room smell, old musty sheets and towels in the room, etc. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but we left feeling unimpressed by the experience."
