"從該酒店開業之今已住過多次，這次與其他幾次不同的是前台接待服質量下降了，這次住了兩晚，每晚回到酒店門口打電話請開下大門，都遭到拒絕，理由是院內已沒有車位了；我解釋到衹是短暫停一下、搬下物品和安頓一下小孩就開出院子另停他處；可回覆到：不讓進，要搬物品和下人就停到路邊進入，自行處理；酒店門口是條單行路，而且現在監控又多，大多都是監控拍照就處罰了；每次都得反覆溝通多時，才極不高興的打開門。真不理解為個什麼！酒店是服務行業，服務客人是第一位的！與之相反的是客房和餐廳就很好：有禮貌用語、微笑待客、見到我們帶小孩，主動把小童椅搬過來提供使用！"
