"A good price for the location. Lovely crisp professionally laundered linens and towels. However, I wouldn't return. Under the bed, there was so much dust and even a couple of things left by previous guests. The TV cord looked like it hadn't been dusted in years - yet it took me 1 min with a wet wipe to clean it. The shower recess needs a good scrub with bleach to remove the mould. The room has a window which can't be opened, which would be okay if the windows weren't covered in dark security screens which block out the light. "

"It's cheap and breakfast and dinner are included, so it's very good. It depends on the other people staying there, but it can be a bit difficult if someone has a strong smell."

"Nice hotel for a short stay. Rooms are a little dated, and are very small, however they are kept neat and tidy with comfy bed. Full minibar access and within walking distance of nightlife, eatery's, parks, St Vincents Hospital and all public transport. The biggest downfall of this location is it is not accessible for people with disabilities, the only way up is many stairs."

"A bit old but no problem for short stay, clean and tidy. Limited space to place stuff in bathroom. Not many choices for breakfast but coffee is excellent. Staff are very nice and helpful. Few mins walk from King Cross station, but there is slope on the way."

"We stayed at Pullman Hyde Park in Sydney during Christmas holiday and while the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and dining, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. The building could definitely use some updates to match the price point. We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was oddly positioned and wasn’t able to pull it up and made it uncomfortable for my husband to use. Not a major deal-breaker, but definitely a bit inconvenient. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The jacuzzi was quite small, much smaller than expected, but on a positive note, the rooftop pool was a highlight. The view of Hyde Park and the surrounding skyline was absolutely stunning—definitely the best part of the stay. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a central location, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of room quality and amenities."
