"The best-located hotel in order to see North Korea and visit the Broken Bridge, just make sure to get a river room. Binoculars are provided in the room to see into North Korea, which is a great touch.
The service was decent, but I'm not sure if it's because the didn't speak English, but the reception just gave me the room key and didn't give me any directions or assistance on how to get to the room until I had to ask.
The bed is comfortable, but the room, except the bathroom, seems quite old and in need of an upgrade."

"First, the downsides: The parking situation is a major flaw. The ramp leading into the parking area is incredibly steep, and I ended up scraping my car's undercarriage. With cars parked so close, there was no way to approach it at an angle. What's more, the security staff didn't even offer a warning! Will the hotel take responsibility for this damage to my car's undercarriage?!!! đĄđĄđĄđĄđĄ (See photos 1 and 6). My wide-angle photos don't even fully capture just how steep and problematic that ramp truly is!!
On the positive side: Being a chain hotel, it felt reliable. Both the overall environment and cleanliness were excellent, and most importantly, the air conditioning was blessedly quiet.

"We stayed in the off-season and the standard twin room was 95 yuan a night, which was really too cheap. A hotel of this level in Dalian would cost at least 270 or 280 yuan. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and have a very good service attitude. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel is only seven or eight minutes' walk from the Broken Bridge. It really has a superior geographical location and parking is available at the door. The breakfast at ten yuan per person has a rich variety of dishes. You will definitely not be able to finish it all if you eat out on your own with ten yuan. In short, next time I come to Dandong for tourism, I will definitely stay at his place again. Like đ"

"Best location with affordable price. Just a few steps to the broken bridge and river cruise. Restaurants are just around the corner. The owner/front desk person is helpful and accommodating. Neat, nice and clean room. To find this hotel just follow the map direction and ask the restaurant people nearest to it. "The Inn is at a great location, right across the river and right beside the Yalujiang Broken bridge. I booked the room with the view to the river and you can see into North Korea from the hotel room balcony. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the balcony had patio furniture to relax there. The person who checked me in (maybe the owner) was very friendly, and happy to chat. He shared really interesting stories about south korean influencers that stayed at his hotel and their experiences trying to sneak into restaurants ran by ethnically north koreans that lived in the area. There's just a set of stairs to get to the checkin area if you have heavy suitcase. I would definitely stay here again."

"Enranju Hotel was chosen after I arrived. I also saw her signboard at Dandong Railway Station. It was really close. When I left the train station, I entered the road to the left and saw KFC. It was very convenient. If it is late autumn, come over. You can also see the beautiful ginkgo tree in front of her house, what a beautiful autumn color, you can experience it in Anranju
Her front desk service is very good, the room is bright and spacious, I am a big bed for one night, the facilities are not bad, smart, equipped, breakfast is also available, the key is to 10 o'clock, you can go to the broken bridge early and come back to eat, her home is very close to the attractions, The train station also has a direct transportation car to the Hushan Great Wall. It is a very awkward hotel. The photo was taken after my stay. If you have a good experience, you will have a good mood."

"My stay at the Wanda Atour Hotel Dandong was a truly wonderful experience! It's perfectly located right next to Wanda Plaza, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants and shopping options. It's within walking distance of Andong Old Street, where you can experience local culture. The Memorial Hall of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea is also very close, making travel incredibly convenient. The warm lighting and simple, elegant decor in the lobby instantly captivated me. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, checking me in quickly and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The bedding was comfortable, the smart devices were incredibly convenient, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, with spotless countertops and mirrors. The shower area had no grime in the grout, and even the inside of the toilet was thoroughly cleaned. Toiletries were neatly arranged and perfectly packaged. The breakfast was incredibly varied, offering not only the usual bread and eggs, but also Dandong specialties like fried forks, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also offers a full range of amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities, and a library. Free parking is also a truly thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dandong!"

"Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors.
My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture.
The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok.
The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good.
Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea."

"Facilities: All facilities are new and comprehensive; the laundry room is spotless. The room isn't huge, but it's well-appointed and compact. Extending the curtain rod higher up would make it feel brighter and more spacious.
Cleanliness: Impeccable. The breakfast service was efficient and tidy, with every corner of the room meticulously cleaned.
Environment: Consistently comfortable.
Service: Atour's service is truly their standout feature. They consistently anticipate your needs, respond to requests promptly, and even surprised us with complimentary fruit and tea.
I haven't stayed at many Atour hotels, but this one served the best breakfast I've had â it even satisfied my Jiangsu and Zhejiang palate. Their late-night 'Shenye Zhoudao' congee service was a lifesaver, especially after indulging in greasy BBQ daily; the rice porridge was incredibly comforting. I hope to return during strawberry season and secure a slightly larger room.
A minor critique regarding Atour's system: previously, Ctrip (Trip.com) benefits and membership perks weren't always compatible. However, the front desk handled the issue appropriately, which was much appreciated."

"There are three of us girls living here and we feel very happy. After getting the room card, we found there was no ashtray in the room. So we went downstairs. At that time, Joey helped us change to a smoking room and we are very close to each other. We are very grateful for her help. We really like Dandong. There are delicious seafood and fruits here. We also enjoyed the local barbecue ^_^"

GGuest UserThis Hotel is located nearby the city center of Dandong and is a beautiful oasis directly next to the Yalu river. The staff is very attentive always saying hello, providing water, opening doors etc. We really appreciated the kind help of the front desk for some recommendations in the city. The breakfast was also nice and provided a rather extensive buffet with many options. The rooms were as new and had many cool features such as full bathrooms (shower and bathtub) in addition to free coffee and tea. The entire hotel seemed fresh and clean. The doormen were also always smiling and kind making the stay very pleasant, also the front-desk staff did their best to communicate with us which was really appreciated. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and we would definitely come back.

GGuest UserI came here to experience this newly opened capsule B&B after watching a video. The in-person experience was even better than I expected! It felt like I was right on the water. The room was spotless, and the view of water on three sides was truly amazing! Each room has its own private pool, which my son had a blast playing in. It's also a great place to take photos. The facilities are complete, and the owner, who was born in 1995 and is about my age, is also very friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be back next time I have the chance!

The only thing I was concerned about is the thin wall in between two rooms. I could hear the guestâs cough and phone conversation from the next room in the middle of the night. The room cleaning lady on the fifth floor of Area A was very good. The refrigerator was not hot, so she immediately brought a new good refrigerator, thank you đ. The children were also provided with free slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel parking lot is huge, which gives self-driving tourists a super comfortable experience, without worrying about parking anxiety. The hotel is located by the Yalu River, and you can enjoy the river view for free without leaving the hotel, which is great. A very good trip to Andong.

The weather on May 1st is still strong. There are mountains and waters around. It is very pleasant. The boss said that the maple leaves in autumn are better-looking. You can consider coming again in October.
The cabin has a complete range of indoor appliances. Water heaters, smart toilets, geothermal air conditioning, hand-made coffee and tea in the stove are very pleasant. Of course, outdoor camping inevitably has some emergencies, such as small bugs, bad nets, or broken electric curtains đ Normal heart ď˝ Since you choose camping, you can feel another life!
The only uncomfortable thing is from breakfast. The breakfast is delivered by the eldest sister. It is very good. Each breakfast is heavy and full. But the two of us can't eat too much. We asked for a bowl of porridge, two steamed buns and some pickles. The eldest sister said that there are salted duck eggs. I said yes, the eldest sister asked a few and I said if I could come two. When the eldest sister was going to get it for me, a fat little brother next to her pulled his face and said no, he could give one. At that time, I was particularly defeated. Our accommodation, the electric curtains are broken, the net is broken, and there are small bugs. We all endured it because a salted duck egg depends on the face of people. Please standardize your breakfast, okay! If you can have one and a half salted duck eggs, please print them out and stick them in a clear position instead of asking us on the spot. Finally, say you can give one.
If the boss wants to do service for a long time, he has to keep up. It is fun to spend money. It is not to see other people's faces!

If we ordered food it would be delivered by a friendly robot directly to our door.
There were a couple of cleanliness issues: one was a stain of humidity in the bathroom, and the other was one of the coffee mugs which was improperly cleaned. (Photos below)

Reception courteous and friendly but the hotel lobby is small and allows people to smoke is 𤪠as I was waiting for the elevator to my room.
I book a discounted room so everything is as discounted. Clean bedsheets but dirty carpet flooring, traces of food crumbs, nail clipping, egg shells. Toilet is clean with basic amenities but clogged drainage . Towels needs changing or replaced.
Room service only clears rubbish but do not tidy the bed or replace used towels
