Hilton Garden Inn Cusco
"Wifi is super slow. Youtube is not smooth even on 144p. Nice hotel staff. Around 20 minutes walk to city centre."
CUSCO DORMS
"Despite arriving late at night, I received incredibly kind service! Also, when I mentioned I had to check out at 4:30 AM for a tour, they woke up at 4 AM and waited for me! The hotel was very clean, so I would definitely like to stay there again!"
Hampton by Hilton Cusco
"Great stay. We were two girls and stayed 3 nights. They have the most helpful staff I have ever met. Especially Carlos who went above and beyond to help us with every single thing during our stay. He came with us all the way to the phone repair shop to help translate when my phone stopped working. Really grateful we chose this place."
Casa Cruz Verde by Peru Garden Hotels
"Walkable distance to Cusco centre. Only 20 mins drive to the airport and bus station. The room is clean and size of room is enough for 2 people. Love the breakfast especially the fruit salad. On the day we had to join local tour early, the host had prepared us takeaway breakfast! Everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful! They had helped me solve a lot of issue during my stay! Recommend this stay to everyone who visit Cusco!"
Hotel Monasterio San Pedro
"The spa inside saved me from my discomfort; it's definitely worth experiencing!"

Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel
"It's alright, a four-star hotel, which is pretty good for Cusco."
Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
"Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio."
Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco
"Very good environment, large room"
Casa Cartagena Boutique Hotel & Spa
Hotel Paradis Suite Cusco
"No Wi-Fi service s,hower room door cannot close not like picture"
JW Marriott El Convento Cusco
"This hotel has an ancient, monastery-like charm, which is really unique. The facilities are excellent, and it's definitely worth a stay."
Hotel Montecristo Cusco
"Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

Novotel Cusco
"Upon arrival, they offered us a room at the hotel across the street because they didn't have any available rooms, even though we had paid for our room in advance. The WiFi was very poor, and there were issues with the shower; my wife had to shower using the faucet in the bathtub because the showerhead wasn't working."
Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco
"We had a wonderful stay. This hotel was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Cusco. The staff were attentive and warm and the breakfast was very tasty and prepared with care. We would recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for a well located hotel with a warm and welcoming staff."
Palacio Manco Capac by Ananay Hotels
"The hotel was nice, but when I finally asked for a taxi to the airport, the front desk staff told me it would cost 35 soles. When I arrived at the airport, the driver asked me for 40 soles, but I didn't have time, so I just paid it. It's not a huge amount, but I'm annoyed by the idea that they can just charge more because tourists don't know the cost. Next time, I'll make sure to check with the front desk and the taxi driver before getting in a taxi. Everything was perfect, so this was a shame."

"Located on a hillside in Cusco, it requires a short hike, but the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the place offers coffee and tea downstairs, giving it a cozy, homestay feel. I was especially grateful to the owner for helping me find my phone after I left it in the taxi."
