PPeter Tang 369The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, six or seven minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas.
The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is beautiful and very clean
The room is also neat and clean, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to dissipate, especially in a closed room without windows. It is almost impossible to dissipate.
The service is hard to say. I booked a superior room with a window and a balcony. When I checked in, I was told that the room was not available. I was given an upgraded room. It turned out that the ”upgraded” room was a fully enclosed room with no windows! I don’t agree, but the hotel said they had no room. The result of the “discussion” was to give me a free dinner. I had no choice but to accept it…

HHappyfeet31We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Top notch in service from check-in to check out. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. Will definitely book again this hotel when I come back to Cusco.

ZzaddyThere’s a baby alpaca that works in the courtyard! The hotel is nice and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is it’s slightly further from the main square, but it’s not too bad if you enjoy strolling through the city. The location is closer to the more local part of Cusco so the restaurants nearby have more Peruvian fare, highly recommend!

GGuest UserI like the hotel very much, it is very clean and has a colorful decoration as it is Cusco, I like there was water available to fill my bottle as in other hotels it was not and generate so much plastic generates conflict to me in addition to the cost of the The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
