The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

The place is around 15min walking from the main square. The breakfast is simple, below expectation. We asked for a breakfast box and it was disappointing. The place is clean but it requires general refreshing like wall painting. Overall it was good. I really appreciate good contact with the reception.

Very good living experience. First of all, the location is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Sun Temple without turning around. The facade is ordinary but the rooms are very clean, with separate bathrooms, similar to the design of youth hostels, which makes the price/performance ratio quite high. Especially the hot water is very good. It is too comfortable to take a shower after a day of play. Unfortunately, there is no sofa in the room. The owner may want to chat together in the common room on the first floor. The most worth mentioning is that the owner and his wife are very nice, warm and considerate, and communicate in both English and Spanish. I am very relieved and comfortable living there. Service was great and the manager tried very hard to help. However, amenities and maintenance need a complete overhaul. Drainage system was malfunctioning, lift was not not working sometimes. No hot water in the morning, if you wanna to a shower in the morning, forget it.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

Very good hotel in Cusco. I recommend it. The price was not high and there was a private toilet and shower. The location was also within walking distance to the center of the city and was close to the Collectivo platform to Machu Picchu. The owner was kind and kept my luggage 々 while I went to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was delicious and served tortilla and Cusco bread. There was also coca tea in the room, and I was able to experience Cusco. I stayed nice hotel in cuzco. The location was perfect, it was nere the collectivo station. The hotel owner was reared nice and kind. He gives us everything we need and more than that. Also the breakfast was amazing especially the tortillas are so tasty.

Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hotel. The first is no heating here, no battery. On the third day of stay I got sick because of the cold. Reading the reviews, I realized that you could ask for a heater, what I did. The second is the hearing is really strong. huge gaps in the doors of the room. I hear absolutely everything - as people come and go, watch TV, talk, etc. I often woke up in the night when people went on tour and clapped the door. The third is a very scarce breakfast! Just two bulks per person, a little butter, cheese and sausage, jam and on a small dish serve the crambles , on drinks tea, coffee and that's all the breakfast . I also had a problem with breakfast for the tours. I asked to prepare them for me, but nobody did. I had two tours and I just throw money out for two breakfasts. Fourth - in the 5 days of my stay, I did not clean the room, although I read that the cleaning is daily. For 4 days I asked why my room was not cleaned and I was told I had to give the key to the room and then they would have cleaned. But of course no one said :) Lastly, the woman who cooks breakfast seemed to me not to love me because I don't speak Spanish. At the same time I saw her being nice to other guests. I wouldn't advise this hotel!

Nice environment, very convenient location, very friendly staffs, lovely place to stay after a long haul flight or day tour
