"行程最熱的一天，入住這家酒店兩晚。第一天非常不滿意，前台印度裔的小姑娘給安排了一間沒有空調的房間，電風扇還是壞的。酒店當晚還有婚禮，一直鬧到晚上1點。我到凌晨2點才睡着。我們房間一直是用一個垃圾桶頂着門透氣。到了快5點我下樓外面比房間裏的空氣新鮮多了。真想露宿外面了。當天早晨前台的Daniallia非常非常專業，瞭解清楚我的超不滿意後給升級了套房，算彌補了。但是還是忘了幫我們把行李送到我們房間，答應了的。這家酒店總體最大的問題是人手不夠。酒吧服務整天就一個人服務，已經工作到焦頭爛額了。這家酒店是歷史名宅，可惜了管理層和owner的種種問題影響了體驗。好在他們有Daiallia的聰慧機智可愛挽回了顏面。我還想提的是他們的園丁Phill，在這個大房子和大公園服務了26年了，和我分享了很多這房子的故事。一位非常友好可親的英國大爺。他也是我將來再會入住的原因。希望酒店管理層能有所改進，人手增加。否則真的是配不上這棟如此美麗的歷史豪宅和無敵大花園的。"

"Nice little inn off the highway and it’s a hidden gem! Nice Italian decor especially in the restaurant. That continues into the room where my wife commented it made her think of the room we stayed in Venice. Another great thing is that they warmed up the room before we got there, so it’s nice and warm we entered it.  Restaurant also served good Italian food. Would stay there again!"

"Probably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel. "My daughter and I enjoyed a good stay at Travelodge Camberley! The reception was attentive and offered quick and helpful remedy to a couple of little snags, few doing our 10 day stay! A small annoying detail but important during our stay for the Queens Jubilee we was the poor quality of the tv signal!. Otherwise breakfast was great, so I recommend Travelodge without hesitation."

"The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you."
