"The room was very spacious and clean, and there was a wide selection of anime teas, so I was very satisfied. I was happy to see Tim Tams as snacks. However, I was disappointed to see that there was a half-drunk bottle of milk in the fridge."

"Apartment was spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Nice views. Easy access for parking. Was very windy and wind noise was sleep disturbing with whistling under the front door. Also, could not complete the pre-registration process on my mobile despite multiple attempts but was looked after very well over the phone"

"Check in after 6pm, no reception. Parking charges. I booked two rooms and one living room, but there was no quilt! Only the sheets! I called the customer service, and there was no staff in the hotel to send the quilt, but said that there was floor heating that turned on automatically, but we did not feel the heating, and it was frozen all night. Don't live here in the cold winter!"

"Very clean hotel. Centrally located and close to lots of eating places. We had a small room but Room is comfortable and the bed large. Really clean beautiful spacious bathroom with powerful shower. Parking available on streets nearby if unable to get in to hotel car park. Very friendly staff and the coffee at the reception area is amazing."

He was talking in a bad way and he charged me 105$ i dont know and after i asked him why i already paid everthing before check in and the bond was paid on check in. He knew that he done a mistake and he refund it and he said it will be in my account in few days without even saying sorry. He was very very impolite and rude. Its not a morning to begin. The worst"

"The rooms are very outdated The original room I was given was extremely cold as the windows wouldn’t shut properly and I was getting asthma from the breeze The duty manager moved me to a different room and the window in that room had a gap as well that was letting the cool air in I stayed with this room as it had a heater and managed to put a towel in the window to stop the air coming in The toilet however was leaking water over the floor and the tiles look like they are ready to pop off the walls at anytime and the bottom of the shower was mouldy I know that the price is very cheap however and the manager on duty was apologetic and obliging. but maybe it needs a lot of TLC"

"Not far from the beach, the room has kitchenware, you can cook by yourself, it's a good experience. The facilities are not bad, the room is also quite large, there are sofas, dining tables, TVs, etc. I would like to stay here again next time if I have the chance."
