"The hotel is very unique and the location is very convenient. There is everything when you go out, but parking is so hard! There is no parking lot. It is too difficult to find a parking lot nearby. The room is super small and the bed is so small that you can't turn over. The view outside the window is pretty good."
"The hotel boasts very friendly and courteous staff.
The lobby is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking into Colmar's city center. There are recommended restaurants and shops nearby. Free parking is also available nearby.
We didn't use the hotel's pool or fitness room.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above reception. The room was clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling.
Unfortunately, the poor quality and dilapidated condition of the furniture are immediately noticeable. There's hardly a piece of furniture that doesn't rattle, wobble, or even fall apart. The walls and curtains are also covered in black stains and streaks. I always find this a shame, and it diminishes the feel-good factor for me.
We slept well in our bed. We found the hotel quiet and weren't disturbed.
The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, bright, and well-equipped. However, when fully booked, it gets really cramped, in my opinion.
The staff was very present and quick to clear, clean, and refill the buffet. Everything was still there even in the last half hour.
We found the breakfast delicious and there was a sufficient selection. The croissants, bread, and pancakes were very good. There was also delicious cheese, a selection of sausages, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Many different sweet and savory spreads. Finally, there were various cereal ingredients, a good fully automatic coffee machine, and excellent orange juice.
Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
All in all, a great hotel, apart from the lackluster furnishings."
"We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price."
"The room is generally hygienic, the home is old, not so clean, but it’s okay to live for a day.
The room is quite large. The kitchen utensils are basically everything. There is a balcony that is not bad, but there are several problems. Friends who mind should pay attention:
The front desk said that they are not hotels, so if you need cleaning service, you have to charge separately (15 euros/person). Otherwise, no one cleans the room. You have to throw the garbage yourself. The garbage bag is also charged for one more.
In addition, the sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases in the room are to be laid by yourself. They will be provided but will not be laid for you.
The location is not bad. It is not in the small town of Colma, but it is not far from the distance. It is 700 meters to 1 km to enter the town. It is close to the Colma Railway Station. It is about 600 meters away. It should be very quiet around the local residents.
We were lucky to meet a particularly beautiful evening, and the whole neighborhood was like the evening in Pixar animation, all wrapped in a golden pink, and art came from life.
Service is OK, the front desk can be English
If you want to visit the small town around Colmar, it is recommended not to spend 26 euros on the roundabout bus. It is very bad because the bus is basically 1 hour to 1 hour and a half per stop. There is only one bus. The car is very small. Once the full staff can't get on, you have to wait for the next bus. There is no extra car service. The most important thing is that it is actually The bus can reach the surrounding towns. The fare is 1.5 Europe/person. The price is super high. You can go to whichever you want.
Colma and the surrounding towns are still beautiful. It is worth visiting. It is also a shooting place in the Chinese restaurant."
"Hotel is very conveniently located, about 12 mins walk from the train station (exit in direction of platform d & e, turn right, walk to end of the carpark and go down an underpass) and directly in front opposite the road is the hotel. Short walk to the old town for the sightseeing."

"Nice place for at least an overnight stay with family. Clean ans comfy apartment with all amenities you would need. The indoor pool and suana were a great bonus!"
"Five minutes walk from Colmar Railway Station, very convenient, the front desk service is also very warm, polite and methodical answering questions, breakfast is delicious 😋 cost-effective is still very high"
"A very perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. The first time in life, I experienced olive oil production, which was very memorable. In the middle, just in time for the birthday of my peers, the hotel also arranged surprise bouquets and red wine, which was really intimate."

Amazing
CchenrongrongThe room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has its own parking lot, which requires reservation at the front desk. The parking card is then used to access the parking garage. The location was small and inconvenient, perhaps due to our limited technical skills. Colmar is truly beautiful and well worth a longer stay.
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel! The overall design and atmosphere are great! I really like the setting of the lobby ~ modern and trendy ~ and Colma is also cute and retro! The room was very comfortable. The toiletries are all excellent Guerlain. The service is also very nice. Among them, my mother and I both felt that the shower was really super cool (I really want to know the brand 😂 I also had breakfast in a Michelin restaurant~ It would be better if it could be richer!
TTiantianchiyudeyangIt is very convenient to travel and the accommodation is in a quiet location. There are museums and many restaurants around. The towels in the hotel are very comfortable and the thickness is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The toiletries are elegant and fragrant, just like French perfume.
GGuest UserThis hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount.
GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.
LLiudmila_khЗамечательный отель! Близко к центру и основным достопримечательностям, при этом вечером не шумно от музыки в центре.
Номер отличный, вид потрясающий, персонал приветливый и учтивый.
Отель рекомендую
KKASIM DZHEMILThe location is right in the center of Colmar, right in front of the well-known Christmas tree and toys, the rooms are stylish, the reception is very attentive, and information was given about the facilities of Colmar. If I went again, I would stay there without hesitation. Thanks.
VVan°It's very close to the town of Colmar, and there are a lot of parking spaces. The only downside is that it's the first time I travel to Europe. I don't know that I need to pay taxes on the spot. The service staff's English is not very good, and it took a long time to check in
WWuhoudemoka☕️The hotel is very close to the train station and very convenient to the old town of Colmar. The room is air-conditioned and quiet. The hotel breakfast is not bad.
AAidou0120The room is very clean and the environment is very good. It is a bit small, but it is fully equipped and has a storage rack that can store a lot of things. Parking is also convenient and there is a large parking lot.
