"I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay."

"Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay."

"Excellent check in experience. The hotel is a budget version of the B&B hotel chain. Everything you need is there and in good order ( so many budget hotels are tatty, this isn’t). Good breakfast and gluten free products available.

"A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Little Venice area of Colmar. It’s important to reserve a parking space for your car before arriving at the hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed as three people and were very comfortable. There is also a free water station next to the lobby elevator, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of tasty options.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Colmar."

"This is the only three-star hotel in this European self-driving tour. Except for the slightly smaller rooms, it is as good as other four-star hotels in any other aspects, especially the breakfast, which has a wide variety and fully meets the requirements of Chinese and Western food. The only drawback is that it does not provide electric kettles, which makes it difficult for Asian guests to drink hot water. The free parking lot has plenty of parking spaces."

"A very perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. The first time in life, I experienced olive oil production, which was very memorable. In the middle, just in time for the birthday of my peers, the hotel also arranged surprise bouquets and red wine, which was really intimate."

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking available for a small charge.
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, a very pleasant breakfast with hot and cold options including home made cakes.
All in all a great stay, would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend. 10/10

I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

AArchDragonDo note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

TT. ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

MM506629****Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.
