"We had very clean and spacious room. Actually best room experience in Czechia so far. But Self-check-in wasn’t without some issues unfortunately, thankfully a very kind and helpful random local helped us a lot.  Also the front gate/door to the building is very difficult to open/close with the key provided. Really needs a better and smoother lock. We never saw the owners or any staff, property really feels more like AirB&B than a hotel. Otherwise everything was nice, with tea, coffee and even little chocolates provided.  Location is very central, close to absolutely everything.  Thank you"
