I extended my stay at the Mercure Qujiang (Qujiang Meiju) through New Year’s Day, and the transition was flawless. Of course, the front desk staff accommodated all my needs, even one for a disposable razor. (It’s not part of the free stuff in the room, but available on request.) For those of you worried about whether the front desk staff speaks English, don’t. They have enough resources (translator apps or one of them) to be able to communicate with you quite effectively. For the price, THIS is the place to stay while in Qujiang, Xi’an!

The facilities are complete, and the service is very fast. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. There are many shops around the hotel and it is also close to the subway. Today, I was busy catching the bus and left my things in the hotel. The hotel contacted me as soon as possible to deal with it. Brother Zhou Yong who contacted me was also very patient. When I asked if he could help me express my things to my home, he not only helped me express them. I am really grateful!!! He also paid the express fee in advance. The first night I stayed in a king-size room, which was small and cramped, and the soundproofing was poor, so I slept very uncomfortably. The next day, the customer service lady helped me adjust the room and gave me a small gift for my child. The adjusted room space and soundproofing were improved, so I stayed for another three nights. I must say that it beyonds expectation for Gran Melia hotel, particularly Manager Berry, she works with excellence service mind. The first time I go traveling in XiAn with my elder mom. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.

The house is very clean. The things in the refrigerator are all free to drink. The bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time. It is convenient to go everywhere. The service attitude is also very good. Most importantly, the Renaissance brand is worth the price

We arrived at Xi'an North railway station from Chongqing around 11.30 pm. So, ibis hotel is one of the nearest hotels. We arrived by taxi & it costs only 10 Yuan & it is refundable by ibis hotel 👍. We washed & dried our clothes before traveling to our next destination. Breakfast is also nice & my son really loves the yogurt drink. The next morning, we went to the nearest subway station going to Xi'an city centre. It is walking distance & very convenient for our family of 3 (2 adults + 5 year old kid).

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the hotel has complete facilities. , the room is clean and tidy, very welcoming, the stay is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, there are many varieties, I think it is very cost-effective, and there are some special snacks from Shaanxi. Every hotel staff is very welcoming, making people feel very comfortable, and the environment is great. The most important thing is cleanliness! Staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! I am very satisfied with my stay and will continue to visit next time I travel.
