Xi'an Homestays

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults. We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops. Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough. Coffee that they serve is also very good. Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.

I spent three splendid nights at Xingfuli Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for our kind hosts, whether it be washing clothes for free, and endless and equally free supply of water or the welcome appearance of some water melon they thought we might like- we did! In many ways this was much more like visiting a close family relative so welcome were we made to feel - we were even given a present when we left. A delightful stay made more so by the warmth and kindness of beautiful people. If I’m ever back in Xi’an I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Location: The hotel is in a good location, close to the North Street subway station, and can walk to Huimin Street and the Bell Tower. The subway to Shaanxi Libo, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the train station can be controlled within 30 minutes. There is a parking lot downstairs, but it needs to be paid at your own expense (5 yuan/hour, not capped). Hygienic: The newly opened hotel has all the facilities, the environment is clean and tidy, there is an open-air small garden, and the room cleaning is also in place in time. Service: Although the positioning is a homestay, the service given is the service of the hotel. The front desk staff are very young, easy-going and energetic. The response was also very positive, making our stay very comfortable.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of the metro station and the ancient wall, the Bell Tower can be reached on foot too if you don’t mind a little stretch. The owner is super responsive via text. Price is honestly too cheap for this location. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Multiple convenience stores just off the elevator on ground level. The only downside is that the apartment is a little hard to find. We called the owner and he came down to take us to the room. I would recommend arriving during daytime hours for this reason. Owner is super helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Xi’an.

- best location, near muslim street and below is a bustling back alley ”hidden gems” and restaurants - very clean and tidy, decorations and vibe is great - just below around the corner, theres a Hanfu shop for those whom wants to rent. Very convenient to rent and return, since make up hours are long - walkable distance to the western side of the ancient wall gate - reachable by bicycle to the bell tower - owner is super nice, and theres unlimited water and drinks that you can take from the fridge on the 1st level - theres heated air function above the shower head, keeps you warm after showering and while clothing up :) - washing machine is available for use as well

Service: When you go to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the boss can drive you to and from there for free; there is an earth cave in the backyard of the B&B, and the boss personally guides the children to make the pottery figurines. There are multiple molds to choose from, and the difficulty of making them varies. facility: The room is well-equipped and provides disposable bath towels, which we happened to not bring. Food: Breakfast is homemade by the boss, which is healthy and delicious. Lunch orders can be delivered to the room, which is good value for money. Environment: There are ponds, fruit trees and swings in the yard that children like very much.

First of all, I felt very good as soon as I arrived at the door of the B&B! 😺The B&B also has great design ideas. It can be seen that the owner pays attention to quality and interiority. There is a small independent courtyard where you can drink tea and bask in the sun. There is also a cool motorcycle in the courtyard🏍️ There is also a separate room on the first floor where you can sit. The place to eat is also pretty good👍 The boss is also very enthusiastic and generous. He takes the initiative to introduce nearby attractions, fun places and delicious food recommendations. He also offers to help carry luggage to the room and introduces how to use various facilities. The room is also quite good. There is a projector for watching TV and listening to music🎵 Friends who come to Xi'an to travel can check out this store. It's very good! 😺It is also very convenient to surrounding attractions, such as Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Xiaonanmen Morning Market😻😻 I will stay here again next time I have a chance~😃

I like it very much. There are five cute cats, very obedient. The room toilet is also equipped with disposable mats, which are automatic, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The kettle is also very hygienic, not the conventional classic type, but you can heat it with mineral water. It is very suitable for people with mysophobia to live in. It makes me feel super comfortable! The Xiaonanmen morning market and night market are nearby, so you can eat whenever you go out. It is very convenient. It also gives you a <Mini Snacks> gift package. It is also comfortable that they don’t force reviews like other stores. They don’t mention this, which makes me feel very respectful to customers.
