"Check in was smooth. Nothing much of amenities except a swimming pool. Breakfast not much of varieties as most of the food were cold except the omelette section. I just do not know why they dont cover the food even after seeing flies flying around & do take note that the breakfast area is not air-conditioned. The one it surprised me was the fact that they let people swim even though it was raining heavily. Room amenities are also basic EXCEPT the liquid soap & shampoo were not replenished & the bottles were empty ! Either so many hotels nearby, this will be my 1st & last."

"Always happy to be here. However, this type of cabin is not suitable for senior dogs. Because the stairs are quite high. (Note my doggy is 11 years old) His legs can't move back and forth. My son really enjoys playing in the cabin with water toys in the jacuzzi and the toys. But next time I think it will be in the deluxe glass house. So that my doggy can also enjoy being able to go back and forth in and out of the place. The best thing is the view from the bed. Makes you lazy to get out of bed in the morning. 🤣"

"I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway."
