"The hotel has a great bed. Kitchen with household appliances. but the best the jacuzzi q is very big. the pool is also very good. Breakfast was 10€ separate, and I thought it was okay. Generally Recommended.
The only thing we didn't like was that we left a bag with clothes and instead of calling to warn her to get out of the bag and there was no way to recover all the contents of xq was already mixed with other things"

"It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck."

"Very new and clean hotel. Very friendly staff especially at reception. Very complete breakfast. Every day they have different activities. The apartment is very big and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the utensils."

"The room is made up of two double beds, you can cook, you don’t need toothpaste and toothbrushes to prepare yourself, there is a balcony where you can smoke, and parking nearby is also very convenient. It feels okay."

"My stay was great, the hotels location was about 15 mins from Tenerife south Airport by taxi which was quite convenient. Hotel was lovely, pool was lovely"

"A great hotel. There is everything for life. Washing machine with dryer in the common use zone. Basin on the roof. Room with spacious balconies, equipped with functional kitchen, there is a tub with a smooth board. If we come to the island again, we will only stop at this hotel"
