One of the bedrooms with air conditioning, the other with a ceiling fan, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. The larger bedroom also is equipped with a safe. Adjacent to the bedrooms, you'll find a meticulously appointed bathroom, complete with modern amenities for your convenience. You have two private terraces, both with sunblinds. 50 metres away from our house you will find the community pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom 'rojo' has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, air-condition and a large wardrobe. The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe. Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable. The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.
