"I booked this room for a friend in advance, and they even upgraded my room at check-in – very thoughtful! 👍 A shout-out to the lovely lady, Leilei, for her excellent service. My friend said after check-out that she had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hotel breakfast was incredibly plentiful with a wide variety of options. We tried the local specialty, dry-tossed noodles, which were very delicious and chewy. The afternoon tea selection was also quite extensive. In the evening, we had the hotel's buffet, which featured a lot of seafood sashimi, sushi, and even small yellow croaker 🐟 – all very tasty. The next day, I took them to the Chen Wudi Palace and Moon Bay – a very enjoyable experience! 👍"

The hotel is quite large, but the facilities are old. The lighting in the room is dim and the decoration is old-fashioned brown. The angle of the TV display is somewhat magical, and you need to rotate the TV to watch it. The hotel's breakfast is outsourced. The overall service was not disappointing, but there was nothing impressive or satisfactory about it either. Chain business hotels of the same price or cheaper will be better in room lighting and value-added services."

"I chose a Hollywood room available through the platform. During check-in, they didn't mention that the TVs in all rooms were unusable. However, after checking in and using the TV that evening, I discovered it wasn't working. When I called the front desk, they said the signal was broken, and that the entire hotel had been experiencing this problem for several days – it's outrageous! The front desk didn't inform me of this issue. If this had happened, I wouldn't have stayed there; it's very irresponsible towards consumers. Furthermore, for a luxury hotel, there were unidentified stains on the TV cabinet, indicating poor cleaning. Although the hotel eventually compensated me by changing me to a suite, I still feel it's necessary to make suggestions and hope the hotel can improve."

Chimelong International Circus (Journey to the Magic): The circus is a must-see, the show was amazing, and the clown interactions were a lot of fun. Safari Park: It was really crowded on the public holiday. We waited for a long time for the mini-train, but it got a bit jammed 😂. Afterwards, we saw a tiger科普 (tiger science popularization display), which the kids loved. We didn't stay long to play as we had to rush off to catch the Chimelong International Circus."

"Traveling with a friend and her two kids, we chose Changxing Station as it's less than a 2-hour high-speed train ride away. Actually, taking a taxi from Huzhou Station takes about the same time and distance. Whether it's Chimelong, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Kaifeng, Nantong, or now Huzhou, I always feel like I get my money's worth! This review was typed manually, not AI-generated. Pros: 1. **Convenient High-Speed Rail Access:** It's about a 50-minute taxi ride from either Changxing or Huzhou High-Speed Rail Stations to the hotel. 2. **Proximity to Attractions:** The zoo is a mere 5-minute walk away, with KFC right next door and then the zoo itself. 3. **Easy Access to Ancient Town:** The ancient town is a 6-minute taxi ride to its West Gate. While there, we treated the kids to Pizza Hut at full price – their Hawaiian pizza was surprisingly better than other branches. As someone trying to eat low-sugar and low-fat, I couldn't resist having two slices! 4. **Comfortable Beds:** The duvet was perfectly comfortable and not too hot, the bed was silent, and they provided bed rails to prevent children from falling. The twin beds could also be pushed together. 5. **Excellent Service:** The toothbrushes were good quality. If you need extra bottled water, just ask! The hotel staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction within their capabilities 👍. The housekeeping staff were gentle, enthusiastic, and maintained appropriate boundaries – thank you! 6. **Great Balcony View:** The balcony offered a good view. While there was an occasional animal smell, I'm used to it since some parts of the zoo itself smell even worse 😄. 7. **Sufficient Itinerary:** One day at the zoo and one day at the ancient town was plenty. My friend and I split up on the second day because she wanted to visit 'Nanxun Ancient Town'. I stayed with the kids at the zoo hotel. I had originally planned to stay at an ancient town hotel but decided it wasn't necessary. After watching most of the fireworks (which finished around 8:40 PM), I just took a taxi from the West Gate, got off across from the zoo, and walked 3 minutes back to the hotel. 8. **Breakfast Department Deserves Special Praise:** The food was delicious, and the selection included high-protein dishes like boiled fish fillets. I tried the Chinese dishes, sushi, steamed buns, wontons, and boiled fish fillets. Even the milk was skimmed, with an option to add sugar, showing that the chef understands health and balanced nutrition. The service was excellent – enthusiastic, accommodating, and always with a smile. There was also a special area for children's handmade food. On Friday, the breakfast chef was patient and loving. On Saturday, however, the chef seemed stressed and didn't smile at all – perhaps they have a fear of children? 😄 9. **Thanks to Butler Xiao An:** Thanks to her, any minor issues were promptly addressed and recorded for future hotel improvements. My off-peak stay was very satisfying, and booking through Ctrip truly provided 'all-the-way support'. 10. **Shout-out to the Zoo's 'Meng Hu' Milk Tea:** The Hong Kong-style milk tea at the zoo had great service. 11. **Clean Zoo Restrooms:** The zoo restrooms were regularly cleaned and well-maintained. Areas for Improvement: 1. **Slow Wi-Fi** 2. **Toilet Seats Lacked Soft-Close Feature** 3. **Some Rooms Had Strong Unventilated Decor Smells:** The smell was even stronger in Nantong (not animal odor). 4. **Poor Soundproofing:** We could hear neighbors unplugging things and even slightly raised voices. 5. **Leaky Bathtub, Pungent Slippers, and Low-Quality Shampoo Scent.**"

"Five-star rating all around! Exceeded all expectations! Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews before my trip, but after going, I can confidently say it's an absolute must-go! The value for money is incredible, friends! Our room had a lake view, and I chose the zoo tickets, which was so worth it! There were so many giraffes and elephants; remember to take the mini-train when you visit the zoo. Some reviews compare it to Chimelong, and I've been to Chimelong too, but staying at a Chimelong hotel plus airfare would cost several times more than here, wouldn't it? So, it's only fair to compare them based on the same budget. At a comparable price point, Dragon Valley has very few rivals when it comes to family-friendly options. Plus, I really loved the soy milk at breakfast; it was delicious. The grapefruit butler was also excellent and very dedicated! And the response time was incredibly fast! I'll definitely be back."

"1. The curtains were poorly installed with a large gap at the top, letting in light from outside and waking me up. (Mountain View King Room, Shenzhen Building, Jinan District, 25th floor, room 2531) 2. Slow service: The hotel front desk phone was always unanswered. I could only occasionally get through by having Trip.com connect me. 3. Terrible check-in experience: I booked two rooms, a family room (3 breakfasts) and a king room (2 breakfasts). When I went to the breakfast restaurant in the morning, I was told the king room only had 1 breakfast. They told me to contact Trip.com or the hotel front desk myself and even showed me their computer screen indicating only one breakfast. Although I eventually got to eat after some discussion, I didn't receive a single apology, which left a very bad impression. 4. I later reported these issues to Trip.com, and their solutions and assistance were quite good. 5. The family room's charger only supports USB, so you need to bring your own charging plug."
