This hotel is very private, and the environment is great. The surrounding scenery is very nice and quiet. You can play in the water in summer, but it seems a bit deserted in winter. The service at the manor was very good, especially the store manager who was very enthusiastic and even drove us to visit the mountains. As for the room, I feel that the area is not very large. Once the two beds are placed in the room, it seems a bit crowded. It was a bit cold living in the mountains in winter, and they brought us a heater at night. We live in a small room with a separate pool under the mulberry forest in the yard. It is very warm and quiet. The living room is large. No one disturbs it is equivalent to enjoying the villa suite. The housekeeper was really warm and meticulous. After checking in in the afternoon, I went to the cafe on the island next to the hotel for afternoon tea. The large lawn of the cafe was in a good environment, because there were tourists in the scenic spot, but the coffee was delicious. I heard that there were high-altitude fireworks on Saturday over the island. Unfortunately, we didn’t have it that night. In the morning, we went to the scenic spot and walked around. The water and scenery of the wetland were good. Every island was not big. It felt good to walk. The housekeeper also took us to take a motorboat to feed the black swan. The hotel is for 2 rooms. With a chef alone, booking meals is very serious, and taking care of our tastes. There are really not many hotels with this feature and service, praise!

We planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. When we arrived the next day, Leilei sent us the location and arranged the room on the same floor for us [strong][strong] She was also very thoughtful. Huajiantang, I have heard of it for a long time. This time I finally came to experience it. After the experience, the feeling is okay.
A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted us and left our contact information, saying that the management would add WeChat for follow-up service, but until we were about to arrive at the hotel that day, no one added our WeChat, so we had to contact the hotel again to ask about parking and other things.
We arrived at the hotel at 16:00 in the afternoon. Other hotels may be able to check in after 15:00, but this one cannot be done after 16:00. The answer is that the room occupancy rate is high during holidays, so there is no time to clean.
Fortunately, I waited for about ten minutes and could check in. After entering the room, I habitually wanted to open the curtains to see the scenery outside, and I happened to see the situation in the picture, a black object. When I got closer, it turned out to be a group of dead insects. . . I felt sick immediately and contacted the hotel immediately. I also imagined that the hotel would change our room or upgrade it. Until the hotel staff came and told us that it might be missed, and then removed the group of insects and left, saying sorry to us.
Okay, so we left the hotel directly. I dare not open this sliding door again.
There are also problems with several other facilities in the room: the bedside lamp is loose, there are two sinks in the bathroom, one is leaking, and the tatami curtains are broken.
Of course, the overall pet-friendly hotel is quite good. There is a large lawn for dogs to run and play, and pet breakfast is provided for breakfast.

Environment: The hotel has a large piece of land with a bamboo forest, divided into the North and South Lakes, 5 hot spring pools, and various parent-child activity areas. If the weather is good, it's quite pleasant to walk around. Maybe because the hotel just opened last year, some of the buildings on the north side are still relatively vacant. Maybe there will be more activities when spring comes.
Service: It's quite fragmented. Let me first say that the hotel has its own ground parking lot, and then a sightseeing bus will take you to the front desk or the building where you are staying. I came back very late and the masters at the booth were all on duty. I parked the car and the sightseeing bus drove over. They responded very quickly.
The restaurant waiters seemed to be poorly trained. I encountered them two or three times. They didn't know how to use the various coupons. The afternoon tea set was also missing something, at least the salmon tartare was missing. Because the hot spring was not open, there were also some unclear points about the use of the compensation meal coupons. But the attitudes are all very good, and you will also meet people who are eager to introduce the special features of breakfast.
The room attendants and cleaners in the public areas will pay special attention and pause the machines to wait when guests pass by. When you meet the room attendant in the corridor, you will greet him/her warmly. However, after staying for three days, during the cleaning on the second day, some of the supplies were missing. It would have been fine if they didn't provide tea leaves and slippers, but they didn't even provide floor towels. Then the hotel did not provide body lotion.
Facilities: The air conditioning in the room is OK, but the restaurant and public areas are a bit cold. I guess there are not many people now, so to save energy, the central air conditioning is not turned on. The toilet is smart and has many functions. The hair dryer is a Dyson and there is a capsule coffee machine. The shower room and basin make strange noises after use. I live in Building 2.
Food and Beverage: There are not many types of breakfast, but the special features are the Wumi Rice and Changxing Dry Noodles that you can make yourself. Chinese food, cold dishes are good, the taste is OK, but a bit salty for me.

I visited Anadu for the second time. The scenery was pleasant, the service was comfortable, the food was delicious, and I felt at home. This was the first time that Peace Manor was open to children. I was a little nervous at first. I wondered if the children would find it boring. I didn’t expect that climbing, rowing, and Frisbee were so fun. There were also special people to accompany you. Adults could chat, drink, and dine in the manor without worrying about anything. They would help you add water when you were thirsty and spray mosquito repellent outdoors. The moment we stepped into the hotel door, we felt the warmth of being at home. The reception staff was very welcoming.
The room service staff is very good, always smiling, especially Tang Aifang's service is timely and thoughtful, some details are very good, people feel respected and valued.
Besides, the hotel has just opened, the overall facilities are very new, it can be seen that the investment and management are in place, the rooms are spacious and bright, the design is modern and comfortable. The bedding is of high quality and sleeps very peacefully. The bathroom facilities are clean and tidy, the separation of dry and wet is done well, and the operation of smart devices (such as TV, air conditioning, lighting, curtains and other control aspects) is convenient.
I have to say that dining: The hotel's dining is a highlight of this stay! The breakfast is very rich, the Chinese and Western choices are diverse, the ingredients are fresh, and the various foods in the hotel have been tried within 4 days, whether it is the quality of the dishes, the dishes or the service, they have reached a high standard. It is predicted that the entire resort will be very busy during the May Day holiday. The hotel has complete hardware facilities, and the children can feed black swans and deer in the hotel, which is more fun than in the zoo. AAnonymous UserWe are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

The housekeeper was sweet and considerate, and responded to every request. The surrounding attractions were introduced in detail, and the Halloween program was also informed in advance. I only stayed for one night and extended it for another night. It was a happy trip! The only small flaw was that I bought a shuttle bus ticket, and it was raining and windy when I went out, so I decided to drive to the zoo. As a result, I didn’t get a refund for the shuttle bus ticket. Although it didn’t cost much, I hope there will be some improvement and more humane!

MMeiyouI booked two rooms with my family. The hardware is not up to the 5-star standard, but the service is quite good throughout. The housekeeper Xiaomi Zhou added WeChat one day in advance to upgrade the high-floor town view room. We also gave children's breakfast with our 5-year-old child. The housekeeper told us the surrounding attractions and performance times in advance, and quickly solved our problems. 5 points of satisfaction 👍🏻 You can watch the fire dance show on the balcony of the room at night. There is a tiger park in the hotel lobby with three tigers for close viewing. Our room does not have a bathtub. The structure is simple and a bit smelly. There is no bathtub in the parents' room next door. There is no refrigerator in the room. The TV cannot be projected. The sound insulation effect of the room is relatively poor, which may affect people with shallow sleep. Overall, the hotel service is not bad, but the hardware is a bit worse.

GGuest UserBefore coming here, are you able to accept reading reviews on Xiaohongshu and negative reviews on Ctrip? As a result, the negative reviews were full of traps and it was impossible to tell whether they were genuine. To be honest, I was very nervous before arriving at the hotel. But the fact is that many times we are like the pony crossing the river, and we need to experience the good and the bad ourselves.
First of all, let’s talk about the good things:
1. Excellent location! Happy World Hotel has two buildings. From the direction of the African migration landscape in the middle of the lobby entrance, the Dolphin Building is on the left and the Penguin Building is on the right. The Ice and Snow World is on the left side of the Dolphin Building, a 5-minute walk away; the International Circus and Animal World are on the right side of the Penguin Building, a 7-8-minute walk away (passing the food street in between). Across the road from the Happy World Hotel is Water World. Standing on the balcony of the hotel, you can see the Taihu Ancient Town about three kilometers away, and you can watch the high-altitude fireworks in the room at night. This distance is especially friendly for traveling with children. When you are tired of playing, you can go back to the hotel to sleep and rest.
2. The service butler (**, WeChat name Huahua) is very good, enthusiastic, professional and attentive. We immediately upgraded to a deluxe family suite. Second, no matter how late it is, reply to messages immediately and solve the problem. To be honest, it calmed my anger to some extent due to other bad conditions in the hotel.
3. The fireworks view is great. The family deluxe suite faces the Taihu Ancient Town, and it is wonderful to watch the fireworks on the balcony.
Let's talk about the standard ones:
1. The decoration style of the room is indeed a bit old, but you can see that the wood material of the furniture is good. It is not the kind of cheap housing veneer material used in pure business hotels. It should have been good ten years ago. But the sofa, although simple, is full of home style.
2. The room size is the most complained point online, but because I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room family deluxe suite, I didn’t have any discomfort with the space. On the contrary, my elders said that the layout of this suite is very comfortable.
3. There is a bathtub in the bathroom of the suite, but I am not sure about other rooms.
4. Regarding breakfast, I didn’t eat it, so I can’t comment on it. My husband took the child there and said that the child didn’t eat much, so it was probably not very tasty.
5. In the Dolphin Building, the suites are below the 10th floor. If you want to live on a high floor, you can choose a king-size bed or twin beds.
Finally, some complaints!
1. About noise. Why didn’t I go to have breakfast? Because the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. For the sound sensitive, lightning protection family suite. I didn't stay in other room types, so I won't comment on them.
2. About hot water. At one point I suspected that there was no hot water in the room. It took a long time before hot water came, not until all four faucets were turned on. It’s okay if you have time at night, but if you’re in a hurry in the morning, you can only use cold water.
3. About supporting facilities. The suite has two bedrooms and a living room. Normally, this room type would be chosen by those who come to visit with their parents or family. However, the suite is by default equipped with supplies for two people and two children. What's even worse is that we booked a package that included a hotel and attractions, but the tickets and breakfast that came with the room were only for 2 people! ! ! This is a bit unreasonable. I paid for a suite and got a king-size bed or standard room. If I book two double beds separately, wouldn't that mean I can also get 4 breakfasts and 4 tickets? Yeah, that's more cost-effective.

Ttequila_cnSecond time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.
