We live in a small room with a separate pool under the mulberry forest in the yard. It is very warm and quiet. The living room is large. No one disturbs it is equivalent to enjoying the villa suite. The housekeeper was really warm and meticulous. After checking in in the afternoon, I went to the cafe on the island next to the hotel for afternoon tea. The large lawn of the cafe was in a good environment, because there were tourists in the scenic spot, but the coffee was delicious. I heard that there were high-altitude fireworks on Saturday over the island. Unfortunately, we didn’t have it that night. In the morning, we went to the scenic spot and walked around. The water and scenery of the wetland were good. Every island was not big. It felt good to walk. The housekeeper also took us to take a motorboat to feed the black swan. The hotel is for 2 rooms. With a chef alone, booking meals is very serious, and taking care of our tastes. There are really not many hotels with this feature and service, praise!

We planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. Huajiantang, I have heard of it for a long time. This time I finally came to experience it. After the experience, the feeling is okay.
A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted us and left our contact information, saying that the management would add WeChat for follow-up service, but until we were about to arrive at the hotel that day, no one added our WeChat, so we had to contact the hotel again to ask about parking and other things.
We arrived at the hotel at 16:00 in the afternoon. Other hotels may be able to check in after 15:00, but this one cannot be done after 16:00. The answer is that the room occupancy rate is high during holidays, so there is no time to clean.
Fortunately, I waited for about ten minutes and could check in. After entering the room, I habitually wanted to open the curtains to see the scenery outside, and I happened to see the situation in the picture, a black object. When I got closer, it turned out to be a group of dead insects. . . I felt sick immediately and contacted the hotel immediately. I also imagined that the hotel would change our room or upgrade it. Until the hotel staff came and told us that it might be missed, and then removed the group of insects and left, saying sorry to us.
Okay, so we left the hotel directly. I dare not open this sliding door again.
There are also problems with several other facilities in the room: the bedside lamp is loose, there are two sinks in the bathroom, one is leaking, and the tatami curtains are broken.
Of course, the overall pet-friendly hotel is quite good. There is a large lawn for dogs to run and play, and pet breakfast is provided for breakfast.

I chose this hotel for three nights during the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was too high when I booked it on New Year's Day. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, and there was a Dyson hair dryer. There was nothing to block the view from the hotel. I watched the fireworks for a long time on the fourth night of the New Year. There are supermarkets and many restaurants across the road, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there were too few waiters during the Spring Festival. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is next to the ancient town of Taihu Lake. The escalator can directly reach the entrance of the ancient town. It is quiet in the bustling city, more like an outdoor paradise. It is predicted that the entire resort will be very busy during the May Day holiday. Before the trip, I was also worried that choosing the peak holiday would cause inconvenience to the baby and the elders, but the hotel is a different kind of scenery. Not only is there no noisy unpleasantness, but there is no tension of inadequate service. Special thanks to Xiao Ding, the housekeeper, for meeting all the needs of our family and really responding to us at any time. The hotel has complete hardware facilities, and the children can feed black swans and deer in the hotel, which is more fun than in the zoo. The hotel has covered the tickets for the big circus and the zoo for us, as well as the round-trip shuttle bus tickets, which are really considerate and meticulous, and very cost-effective. Although there are factories nearby, it does not affect the check-in experience at all. In order to take photos of the ginkgo in late autumn, I continued to come to Changxing and decisively chose Peace Manor. The internal layout, style, and configuration of the two manors are almost the same. They provide reassuring accommodation services, free fruits, drinks, snacks, and goodnight drinks. There is a tiger park in the hotel lobby with three tigers for close viewing. Our room does not have a bathtub. The structure is simple and a bit smelly. There is no bathtub in the parents' room next door. There is no refrigerator in the room. The TV cannot be projected. The sound insulation effect of the room is relatively poor, which may affect people with shallow sleep. Overall, the hotel service is not bad, but the hardware is a bit worse.

GGuest UserBefore coming here, are you able to accept reading reviews on Xiaohongshu and negative reviews on Ctrip? As a result, the negative reviews were full of traps and it was impossible to tell whether they were genuine. To be honest, I was very nervous before arriving at the hotel. But the fact is that many times we are like the pony crossing the river, and we need to experience the good and the bad ourselves.
First of all, let’s talk about the good things:
1. Excellent location! Happy World Hotel has two buildings. From the direction of the African migration landscape in the middle of the lobby entrance, the Dolphin Building is on the left and the Penguin Building is on the right. The Ice and Snow World is on the left side of the Dolphin Building, a 5-minute walk away; the International Circus and Animal World are on the right side of the Penguin Building, a 7-8-minute walk away (passing the food street in between). Across the road from the Happy World Hotel is Water World. Standing on the balcony of the hotel, you can see the Taihu Ancient Town about three kilometers away, and you can watch the high-altitude fireworks in the room at night. This distance is especially friendly for traveling with children. When you are tired of playing, you can go back to the hotel to sleep and rest.
2. The service butler (**, WeChat name Huahua) is very good, enthusiastic, professional and attentive. We immediately upgraded to a deluxe family suite. Second, no matter how late it is, reply to messages immediately and solve the problem. To be honest, it calmed my anger to some extent due to other bad conditions in the hotel.
3. The fireworks view is great. The family deluxe suite faces the Taihu Ancient Town, and it is wonderful to watch the fireworks on the balcony.
Let's talk about the standard ones:
1. The decoration style of the room is indeed a bit old, but you can see that the wood material of the furniture is good. It is not the kind of cheap housing veneer material used in pure business hotels. It should have been good ten years ago. But the sofa, although simple, is full of home style.
2. The room size is the most complained point online, but because I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room family deluxe suite, I didn’t have any discomfort with the space. On the contrary, my elders said that the layout of this suite is very comfortable.
3. There is a bathtub in the bathroom of the suite, but I am not sure about other rooms.
4. Regarding breakfast, I didn’t eat it, so I can’t comment on it. My husband took the child there and said that the child didn’t eat much, so it was probably not very tasty.
5. In the Dolphin Building, the suites are below the 10th floor. If you want to live on a high floor, you can choose a king-size bed or twin beds.
Finally, some complaints!
1. About noise. Why didn’t I go to have breakfast? Because the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. For the sound sensitive, lightning protection family suite. I didn't stay in other room types, so I won't comment on them.
2. About hot water. At one point I suspected that there was no hot water in the room. It took a long time before hot water came, not until all four faucets were turned on. It’s okay if you have time at night, but if you’re in a hurry in the morning, you can only use cold water.
3. About supporting facilities. The suite has two bedrooms and a living room. Normally, this room type would be chosen by those who come to visit with their parents or family. However, the suite is by default equipped with supplies for two people and two children. What's even worse is that we booked a package that included a hotel and attractions, but the tickets and breakfast that came with the room were only for 2 people! ! ! This is a bit unreasonable. I paid for a suite and got a king-size bed or standard room. If I book two double beds separately, wouldn't that mean I can also get 4 breakfasts and 4 tickets? Yeah, that's more cost-effective.

SSam - HangzhouIt was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️
