The owners are incredibly kind and easygoing, yet you can feel their dedication to every detail of the guesthouse. Even though no one was swimming due to the cold weather, the owners kept the pool spotless. They even took us to nearby attractions. The rooms are perfect for two adults and one child or two adults and two children, featuring a huge balcony and swing. The food at the guesthouse is also fantastic. The village where the guesthouse is located has a very charming atmosphere; even the roadside barriers are adorable. Although it wasn't the season for golden ginkgo trees, the rows of ginkgo trees along the streets were still uniquely beautiful. There weren't many people during the National Day holiday, making for a very chill three-day, two-night stay.

If you're comparing it to a five-star hotel, you might find some differences, but the staff, especially the young ladies, remember your face. If you forget your key card and go to the front desk, they'll know your room number just by looking at you. A special shout-out to the young lady with an oval face and ponytail; she walked us to the door when we left and invited us back when the 'fried' season (likely a local delicacy or fruit) starts in August. Restaurant: The restaurant food is excellent! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the fish head and tofu soup; it has absolutely no fishy taste! And the prices are very reasonable. Room Facilities: Since we stayed in a basic room type this time, the room wasn't huge, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The only drawback is that the mountain opposite is a coal mine, which slightly affects the scenery. Activities: You can choose from paid activities like fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rides. Any fish you catch can be prepared for free at the restaurant.

The entire homestay is nestled among tea gardens surrounded by mountains, with a strong sense of design. There are 12 rooms on 3 floors, each named after a Chinese zodiac animal. Each room has a different style, with some offering tranquil views of vegetation by the window and others offering views of green tea mountains. Each room has its own unique charm. This time, my family and I experienced the rat, sheep, ox, and dog staycations. Each staycation gave me a different feeling. The homestay's own sika deer was the children's favorite, and there was also a silver shaded dog named Zongzi that was very friendly to the guests.
