"The facilities are new and hygiene is okay, but the service is practically non-existent, and the food and executive lounge are utterly disappointing. 1️⃣ The hot pot for the dinner buffet, at 298 per person, uses reconstituted meat slices. 2️⃣ For breakfast, they actually served vegetable butter instead of real butter. 3️⃣ The bristles of the children's toothbrush fell out and got stuck in my child's teeth. 4️⃣ The executive lounge only opens at 1 PM, and at check-out, there wasn't even milk for the coffee. This lounge is pretty useless. Also, you have to go down to the first floor yourself to pick up any takeout orders."

"This time I stayed at Huazhu·Nanhu Qingzhu B&B, the experience was directly full, and I must give a five-star praise! The location is really great, close to the South Lake, a few minutes walk to the lake to enjoy the scenery, the lake breeze in the morning and evening is particularly pleasant, there are many specialty shops around, travel for food is super convenient. The decoration of the homestay is very stylish, the log wind is decorated with green plants, fresh and elegant, the book bar and small courtyard in the public area are very suitable for relaxation, and all the photos are good-looking. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was particularly fragrant. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient and the water is stable, and the toiletries are also very delicate. The boss and staff are warm and caring. When they check in, they take the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guides. They also prepared local special snacks. Any needs are responded quickly and especially warm. Breakfast is a home-style buffet, rich in variety, fresh ingredients, and very satisfying. The overall price is super high, next time I come to Nanhu, I will choose here, I have already recommended it to my friends!"
