"For our Changshu trip, we chose the Hyatt Regency Changshu. Its location is convenient for visiting Yushan Mountain and Shanghu Lake Scenic Area. Our room on the 30th floor offered an expansive view, which was truly uplifting. The room decor was modern, featuring novel materials (like in the mini-bar). The bathroom layout was distinctive and user-friendly. Both the Chinese restaurant and the buffet restaurant served fresh ingredients and tasted great. Every staff member we encountered was energetic and polite, making us feel incredibly welcome. The wooden, eco-friendly key card was a unique touch. All these details truly reflected the Hyatt's excellent quality. We were very satisfied with our stay. Many thanks to all the staff at Hyatt Regency Changshu."
Changshu Zhongjiang Dekin Hotel
"The location of the hotel is OK, not far from the World Trade Center. There are no restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, so you have to walk a long way. The hotel front desk was very friendly and upgraded the room type. It was a pity that I was unlucky. I met a drunk person who was screaming in the next room late at night. I could also hear clear vomiting sounds. How could I sleep? I checked out the next day and drove out, but the pole was broken. I was really unlucky."

There was no room service, and despite requesting housekeeping, it never returned all day. I didn't see any front desk staff during my three-day stay. This is the worst guesthouse I've stayed at in this price range recently."

"The hotel's decor is quite old, and the hallways are dim, revealing the appearance of a former government-run guesthouse. The room's windows face inward, offering no view and being quite dim. The room is spacious, and the bathroom, shower, and bathtub are both large. However, the furniture is noticeably older, with paint peeling from the cabinet doors and hangers. The provided electric kettle was incredibly dirty, with scale lining the inside and the lid stained from not wiping it. I didn't use it for several days; it was so filthy that I decided I wouldn't stay again. Since it was my first stay and my schedule was tight, I planned to eat at the hotel, but there were virtually no dishes suitable for one person. I was later told that the hotel primarily caters to groups, so each dish is usually large, not enough for one person. So, for the next few days, I ordered takeout. I won't comment on the hotel's breakfast buffet."

"Giving five stars because the attention to detail was truly excellent. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, the first thing I do when I enter a room is check the bedsheets and the corners of the bathroom. Everything was super dry and tidy, with no water stains or hair. The location is also very convenient; a taxi ride to the attractions costs just the starting fare, and there's a convenience store right downstairs."

"Located next to an overpass, the area was a bit dirty and messy due to road construction. The windows in the superior room were very small, making it feel cramped. The room was also poorly soundproofed; you could hear any noise from the next room. The front desk service on the first day was mediocre; they tried to sell you the hotel breakfast, and once you didn't buy it, they stopped providing service. The young lady at the front desk was nicer when you checked out."
