HHasbiniIt was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

JJiafeibushimao～miaoLocation📍The hotel is right at the entrance of Shajiabang Scenic Area. It belongs to Huazhu Club with the Huajianting next door. The two share a courtyard. The children's playground of Manxinfu is also in the Huajianting next door. There is another Huazhu Club in the scenic area with a better price.
Service: Smooth check-in, quick response, and children's toiletries and slippers are provided
Facilities: The meal provided by the package is rich in variety. Coffee and bread coupons were given although they were not used. The family package in the package has a separate group purchase of 298, which tastes good. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock on weekends, with many choices and few Western styles.
Let me talk about the points that I don't agree with:
The fruit platter written in the 298 family package in the package was originally prepared to be packed, but the waiter asked if there were only 4 slices of watermelon. Haha, this platter...
If you book a calendar room directly, you can upgrade the room, check out late, give souvenirs, and send bird watching coupons. There are none of them redeemed with group purchases. Bird watching coupons need to be bought by yourself for 50 per person😓

GGuest UserThe B&B converted from an old house has a quiet environment and is convenient for travel but quiet. When you return to the courtyard after a day of traveling, you will be living in an antique Suzhou garden with pavilions and winding paths, which is particularly comfortable. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the little girl at the front desk. We arrived late on the first day and ran in and out to help us upgrade the room and get things. The breakfast in the morning is a set meal per person, which is very exquisite. The little sister is attentive and pays attention to details. Sometimes she remembers an unintentional conversation and prepares it properly. Stayed for three days and was very satisfied.

Ssmfish 2011First off, the environment is fantastic, right by Shang Lake, so the air quality is excellent. This season, you can enjoy cherry blossoms and crabapple flowers. Secondly, the staff are really friendly and proactive; they'll greet you when they see you, which makes you feel very welcome. The location is convenient, not far from Yushan Mountain and Changshu Station. The only downside was that our room's air conditioning wasn't warm enough. It was still a bit chilly at this temperature, and since it was late, we didn't bother changing rooms. I hope the hotel can ensure all their equipment is in proper working order. I'd still consider this hotel next time I visit Changshu.

GGuest UserFor our Changshu trip, we chose the Hyatt Regency Changshu. Its location is convenient for visiting Yushan Mountain and Shanghu Lake Scenic Area. Our room on the 30th floor offered an expansive view, which was truly uplifting. The room decor was modern, featuring novel materials (like in the mini-bar). The bathroom layout was distinctive and user-friendly. Both the Chinese restaurant and the buffet restaurant served fresh ingredients and tasted great. Every staff member we encountered was energetic and polite, making us feel incredibly welcome. The wooden, eco-friendly key card was a unique touch. All these details truly reflected the Hyatt's excellent quality. We were very satisfied with our stay. Many thanks to all the staff at Hyatt Regency Changshu.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

GGuest UserBreakfast is very satisfactory, there are so many varieties of free breakfast to eat, the breakfast room starts to open at 7 o'clock in the morning, very friendly to people who have to get up early, the waiters in the restaurant are very enthusiastic, the noodles chef looks very young and beautiful, It was very strange. Later, I asked to know that the store manager also came to the restaurant to help, but I didn't expect the business to be so good.
