Changshu Hotels with Pools

The hotel opened in 2003. The whole family went to Yangcheng Lake to eat hairy crabs. Due to the high price of hotels in the core area, we chose Changshu Nikko Hotel (15 minutes drive). The experience was good, the facilities were complete, and the bathrooms were all TOTO brand. It was very good.

Although the hotel is decorated in an old-fashioned style, it is very clean and sanitary. The room is spacious and bright, but a little stuffy. In addition, the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel, suitable for business trips!

Very new hotel, great facilities, great service, very considerate. The front desk upgraded the room because we had children. There was a small balcony with a small swing, which was very comfortable. They also took the initiative to provide slippers and toothbrush sets for children. The room also provided a charging cable. The washlet was very new and easy to use, and the water was also very comfortable. The breakfast was small but beautiful. Although the variety was not the largest, every meal was great. The mushroom oil noodles were delicious, and the roasted sweet potatoes were also great. It is very close to Yushan Mountain, a good choice for parent-child hiking

The hotel is newly decorated and very clean. The shower water pressure in the room is better than many other hotels I've stayed in. The front desk lady Luo Zilan is also very timely and responds to any requests immediately. The enthusiastic front desk lady also gave me a single breakfast. The parking lot downstairs is large and has plenty of charging stations. Parking is free and fruits are carefully prepared! Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Changshu International Hotel and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience.Special thanks to Hall Manager Xiaomao(小毛), who made my staying experience more colorful！He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable all the time. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants or helping me navigate the city, he was always available to assist me.Overall, my stay at Changshu International Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Changshu. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their outstanding service once again.

Overall, I was very satisfied. Before checking in, I called to let them know that there would be many guests during the May Day holiday, so I suggested checking in in the afternoon. I was also asked about my room preference. I drove from Wuxi on 5/3 and arrived at the hotel at around 12 noon. I didn't encounter the situation that check-in was slow due to the large number of people as mentioned online. I checked in quickly and the room had been cleaned. I was a little surprised. Ms. Carrie Lu, who helped us, was warm and polite. She also agreed to my request for a free children's breakfast. Good review~ Because I am sensitive to the smell of formaldehyde, I specially booked a balcony lake view twin room. The facilities are very new, the room is cleaned very cleanly, the balcony view is great, facing Qin Lake, I feel comfortable, and I can also see the music water curtain light show on the bridge at night. Objectively speaking, the smell of formaldehyde in the corridor is still a bit heavy, but the room is okay. Friends who are sensitive to smells are advised to ask the hotel for an air purifier when checking in. We wanted it at night but it was out of stock. If possible, I still recommend booking a balcony room, at least it can be ventilated. The second floor of the hotel leads directly to the shopping mall in Qinhu Creek, which is very convenient. After breakfast on the second day, we walked around Qinhu Lake, which took about an hour. You can go boating and running in Qinhu Park. I envy the residents around. Imagine taking a walk in the summer evening breeze. It feels very comfortable. The hotel swimming pool is great. There is a hollow transparent glass that can see the first floor. It is very unique. The locker room is also very clean. I saw the aunt was always cleaning. Breakfast was arranged in the banquet hall on the first floor because there were more than one person on May 5. There were not many things, but everything was there. The taste was good and quite exquisite. Overall, the location is excellent, the hardware has advantages, and the service meets expectations. It is worth a second visit and will recommend to friends~

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge. If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door! I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

The location is excellent, close to Q Gate of Yushan Ancient City and opposite Yushan. From the hotel room window, you can see the magnificent towers and mountains. It is within walking distance to libraries, museums, Weng Tonghe’s former residence Q, etc. When you go out in the evening, go to the right and pass by Fangta Garden. Next to it is the bustling commercial street, where you can taste local food. The hotel's restaurant has an elegant environment, Chinese retro style and light colors. The lobby is in European style, gorgeous and elegant.
