Best Cha-am Hotels

"Our second time here for 4 days 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. My son loves the foam party at 4 pm and the water slides. The breakfast was good, variety of choices. Seem like there was a lack of staff at the restaurant. The omelette wasn’t cooked very well- ordered cooked omelette but got them undercooked and the second time he advised me to order scramble egg as he said it can be cooked(rather than omelette), but got it burnt scramble egg! Not sure if the chef was tired or just not inexperienced(on 12/07). On 13/07 I then ordered omelette again with the same chef, got it cooked -perfect omelette. The food label didn’t match with the food: pork steam buns label but it was black bean steam buns, Tom Kha Kai label but it was actually the bitter clear soup with chicken. The staffs at kids club were great as we joined the adventure pass. Most of staffs are service-minded. The check in process was fast even though there was a long queue. Will definitely be back! :)"

"I was impressed right from check-in, as I got my room an hour early. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was beautiful from every angle. After unpacking, I went for a refreshing swim to beat the heat. Later in the afternoon, I ordered coffee and relaxed at the cafe. In the evening, I had dinner at #SANDS BAR, which is a fantastic beachfront bar. Honestly, anyone visiting here absolutely shouldn't miss it, as the ambiance and service deserve a perfect 10/10! The staff provided excellent service and care. A special shout-out to #NongKie and NongMaprang, who were incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of every table. My sincere compliments! Thank you for this wonderful experience! 👍"

"Overall: A beautiful, modern minimalist hotel that perfectly met my needs. Easy to access with convenient, flexible service. Staff: Excellent, incredibly kind, and friendly staff who were always ready to assist and offer helpful advice. Facilities: 1000% amazing! Everything I needed was available. The bathtub was a highlight – the best I've experienced. However, the fitness center and swimming pool were a bit too small. Still LOVE it !!! Location: Right by the sea with beautiful sunrise views. You can walk to the beach (over some small rocks). Convenient by car from the main road, but not ideal for walking. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. Cleanliness: Based on my experience, 7/10."

"The hotel atmosphere is good, private, spacious room, breakfast tastes normal, good service but the complaint is about toothbrush and toothpaste. If compared to 5-star hotels or other hotels, they will provide it, but if not, every time they come to clean, they will provide it. But staying for 4 days and 3 nights, I had to call to ask every time. There was the last day that I didn't ask for it, and I don't understand how to refill the soap. Normally, it will take how many days to refill, but this one ran out. We didn't want to call to ask for this and that, but they brought a bar of soap to use instead. I would like to improve the supplies or refill it to be sufficient for a long stay and 3 people."

"10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot 10/10 for the location on the beach 7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived. 10/10 for TV size and function"

"The accommodation is clean and tidy. There are complete facilities. Good location, can walk down Chad. Including the owner who is very kind. Because I had to rush to work to go see a concert and came back late. So I asked for permission to check in early."

"If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded. Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English. 4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!! Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :( I’m gonna miss this place *boo boo"

"The hotel is located in a good location, not far from Hua Hin town. The room is big, the facilities are old but usable. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the beach is not there to walk and the current was so strong. Hopefully that the beach would come back. The staff are helpful and very attentive to your request."
