"Plus: 1. Breakfast is pampered with many choices 2. Free Sidomuncul ginger coffee/tea in the room which i felt healthy 3. Location and service wise is are good Minus: 1. The bed is too soft. I find it a bit difficult to sleep 2. Not really sound proof - the guests next to my room keep talking even in the midnight and it was annoying"

"Strategic location, 5 minutes walk from Lawang Sewu and Pandanaran street. Only 10 minutes drive from Simpang Lima as well. The room was clean, the AC ran well, it has rooftop pool and gym with great view of Semarang city."

"New hotel in Semarang. Location is really good because it’s at the center of the city. Room is big enough for the prices. Very small balcony in every room but can be useful if you need to smoke. No closet, no water bottles, but you can ask the operator to jug water to your room. Breakfast service needs to be improved. It’s a la carte, not buffet. Service for breakfast is under average. But the receptionists have good service. Parking area is limited and it’s very small, but vallet is provided."

"A very uniquely designed hotel, with complete facilities, including a hairdryer in the room. The location is excellent, offering direct access to DP Mall just downstairs. Recommended!"

"It’s my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service."

"Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top."
