I just asked for a room away from the elevator and they gave us one right next to it. The windows in the room were dirty. Everything else was great!

The front desk was friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well maintained.

The hotel needs renovations, there was mold on the walls of the room. Water costs R$9.00 and parking costs R$20. Breakfast has few varieties, I booked a suite because it had a kitchen with a sink and microwave, but there were no utensils (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery).

Hotel with old facilities, pool with dirty environment (edge and glass), Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Quarto bom e bastante amplo, mas o aquecimento não funcionou. Pedi duas vezes ajuda na recepção, mas me disseram apenas para "aguardar que volta a funcionar"

Melhorar a conservação do ambiente.
