Good customer service with simple amenities , very near to train station . Good

It’s a very clean and cozy place

Conveniently located near the waterfront. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Perfect for a short stay in Tromsø.

The facilities is very good, it has common kitchen and area. Also it provides free tea and coffee and snacks. However the common kitchen closes at 10:00pm, it a bit inconvenient for that. The WiFi is also a bit weak, sometime phone cannot connect.

The hotel is super clean and smells great. The two beautiful ladies at the counter are really cool. I’ll say, if I come back to Tromsø, I will only stay at this place!

Great location, not far from the center of the town and not far from the best restaurants! nice repeptionist! there is only one bathroom and one shower on each floor, which can be too little at times. Worked out for us tho! We were able to see the northern lights from our window!

The single room I booked has a shared bathroom. The room is compact and has a sink and guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly, there is a kitchen and restaurant to use, and free tea and coffee are provided every day. The shared bathroom room is about 5-6 rooms sharing a shower room and toilet on each floor. The overall experience is very good, but there are two shortcomings First, the toilet will be very crowded in the morning. All the toilets on the three floors are used, resulting in queuing. Second, the sound insulation of the room is not very good. If the neighbors talk loudly, you can hear it clearly, but fortunately, the neighbors are not too loud when sleeping, so it does not affect sleep

1. The hotel is unsafe because you don't need any card to enter the hotel, you can enter the WC, kitchen and bathroom without any locks 2 The hotel does not have the functions of a hotel 3. During the stay, the people next door kept knocking on the wall and making noises 4.

Very beautiful hotel, the reception staff is very enthusiastic, there is free tea, coffee and biscuits in the public area, it is a very good stay experience!
