Not recommend. 1. This is the most important part of this negative comment,  this hotel does not have any elevator or escalator. This is not friendly to people who are in needed. 2. Hotel did not fully clean up before passing the room too next customer.  you can see my picture, there are leftover fake eyelashes sticked under the basin. Floor is sticky as well. 3. Parking slots are limited, they are only five off-road parking slots for this hotel. extremely difficult and critical slot, because you have a lot of blindspot and the road is really busy.

Great hotel to stay in. Room is clean and good. However they serve the same breakfast set everyday so after second day the breakfast will be boring already.

The room is very cozy and newly furnished, very clean and comfortable, I like the small patio, and the staffs are nice and friendly too, only thing not expected is that it’s hard to call a grab here.

very good, clean japanese styled hotel

Not extremely close to the Old Town area, but still extremely accessible given Grab (Uber) is extremely cheap and only takes around a 10-minute ride. The hotel is Japanese-inspired, so the room decorations are really nice (and the Japanese-inspired breakfast was quite impressive). There are no lifts but the staff help move suitcases up and down, so that was not a problem. Quite a good stay!

Beautiful Hotel, my favorite in Phuket city.

The hotel was very nice and welcoming. Stayed over Christmas and they gave out small gifts that was such a sweet touch! Loved my stay here and I would definitely stay again. Close to old town. Great value for money!

My wife and I had a delightful stay at The Arch Hotel in Phuket. The Japanese-themed interior design was beautifully executed, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere throughout the property. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome during our stay. However, the lack of a lift was a drawback, particularly for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we would recommend The Arch Hotel for its unique design and warm hospitality.

CLEAN AND HUGE japanese theme hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the location is not near any attraction but there is a 7-11 within 500m away. Worth staying if you like a peaceful and quiet night.

Have a kindly service for every things. Very impressed with services.

Room is very good, breakfast is so delicious. I feel very satisfied.
