Is a simple pool villa type accommodation in Seminyak area. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Wifi is slow. However, the most important part is the shower area with a tile flooring. It is very slippery and unfortunately I had a bad fall and suffered a cut on my head and bruises around the body. Suggest the property to look for solutions. It is in my view not suitable family with kids and elderly as the fall can be bad.

We really enjoy the stay. Private pool is clean and the staff was really helpful. Gonna repeat again later.

Loved this place

The villa is large and has a good swimming pool, which is maintained by dedicated personnel every day. Breakfast is made by my aunt, and there are three choices. We also chose to ask an aunt to cook dinner for one day, and the various seafood bought by the aunt was 1.20 million Indonesian rupiah; two aunts spent six hours for 600,000 Indonesian rupiah. We thought it was a great deal, and it was much more delicious than the ones in restaurants outside. The villa is very quiet, but it is very lively after walking out of an alley 200 meters away. Very good location.

Seeing the two extreme reviews about this place made me want to try it, and I booked it for two days. First of all, it is located in the Seminyak area. It is located in a small box. It seems that there is no place for a villa. It is not easy to find, but it is still ok to take a ride. I was amazed when I entered the room and jumped directly into the swimming pool! We booked a one-bedroom type with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, as well as a private swimming pool, which was very comfortable. Breakfast and hygiene are done by the housekeeper in the villa, and the meals and time are selected one day in advance. The only trouble is that there are many nightclubs around, causing some foreigners to stay high until midnight. The villas are all open air, so it affects their rest. But the security will help manage it, so it's okay.

Overall the stay was good. Close to everything. Need some improvement/addition in breakfast menu as currently it has only few options to choose from. Villa was nice n clean. Need some kind of shade or cover in the bathroom/toilet area as you may get wet when its raining.

The villa was huge, beautifully presented , the pool is delightful. A little peaceful gem located in a great location. Close to restaurants and the beach, but located off the busy streets of seminyak. The villa staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

What a great place to stay, clean, spacious, friendly staff and go out of their way to help with any bookings, our maid was Agon and she was the best looking after us every morning. Can’t go past Dyana villa’s Seminyak for somewhere to stay. Thanks for having us and making our stay very enjoyable

Clean and well presented, amazing staff, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Stayed in a one bed villa. Arrived in the early hours of the morning, staff were on hand to let us in and look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Super close to restaurants and bars, 10min walk to Bintang supermarket. Highly recommend!!

We love the friendly and helpful staff. Villa and private pool always were presented immaculately. We also love that we can request a particular room without a problem. On one trip, we arrived at 7 am and were provided a temporary room until ours was available, at no cost! Thoroughly recommend these villas.

Lovely stay, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, will definitely go back! Love the pool, very comfortable bed great restaurants nearby! Beach 10 min walk from villa with lots of restaurants to choose, some nights there is fireworks in the beach

We have stayed at this little oasis many times over the years. 4 of us (2 couples) share a 2 bedroom villa with our own pool and large garden grounds. Absolutely idyllic!!! All the staff are friendly and helpful. They come into your villa every morning for 30 minutes or so to turn down the beds and generally clean the villa, then you are left alone for the rest of the day. If you book the villas with breakfast they actually cook your breakfast in the villa while they are cleaning your rooms. This is a lovely touch but in the past we found the breakfast menu too limited to support this for a two or three week stay. They are slowly updating the villas as they were getting a bit tired. We have looked at many other villas to maybe have a change of venue and although some other villas have nicer rooms, none of them have the large spacious grounds and pool setting that the Dyana have and since that is where we spend most of our time we always end up coming back here. Our home away from home!! We stay in Villa 1 at the end of the driveway.
