Checking in was smooth, introduced the hotel facilities & breakfast timing & pool timing while walking towards room..location of hotel is inside a narrow alley but walking to the Main Street within minutes. Room was spacious for 3 adults booking under family room..breakfast was the best as all was so delicious.

Clean hotel. I had a pleasant stay there. Only that they charged for drinks in the room, mineral water included. A bit confused but overall the room was good, warm people and nice breakfast for vege lover.

Amazing hotel, located really well, very friendly staff, great service, exceptionally clean. The personal jacuzzi by the pool was definitely a plus.

Very good hotel. Looks very new. All facilities are with good brands. The Spa is all very good. Very good location. 3 mins to the Phay gate.

Booked through Trip.com for 2 nights, split over 2 bookings. They allotted us the same room for both nights, and it was the room type we had booked. From location to staff to food to room size to bed quality, this is a superlative experience. Highly recommended.

Good Service

very great hotel. The first all vegan hotel I tried and was very surprising, with good choices of breakfast.

I enjoyed the two nights here. The room is quiet (compared to the ones in Bangkok) and the mattress gives us a sound sleep. The pool is clean and good. There are few guests using it in October. The pool access room is worthwhile in the sense that the pool is available 24 hours. The toothbrush is far better than the ones provided by the hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is not far from the largest night market here. We usually went there for shopping, food and snacks. As for the last day, we bought some food from the convenience store and eat at the front of the hotel, Alex Fern provides us with water and tissues.

Lovely hotel with vegan restaurant; enjoyed the breakfast buffet included. 5-10 minute walk to Thapae Gate.

My favorite stay out of the 3 different hotels I stayed in Thailand. We were moved to the new building after someone had the bright idea of releasing a bug bomb and it traveled through the vents. New building is better and pool is warmer, hands down. I also enjoyed the food

Had a really pleasant stay here. the staffs were all very helpful and friendly. the place was new and clean. will definitely stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai
